Du kommer att tjänstgöra som telefonist vid Koncerns växel, belägen i Västerås på Hacksta.
Rollen innebär att hantera samtal från en mångfald av individer, funktioner och företag.
Team och Volym:
För närvarande består teamet av sex medarbetare som tillsammans hanterar cirka 8000 samtal per månad.
Målsättningen är att besvara 85 % av samtalen inom 20 sekunder.
Arbetsuppgifter:
Ta emot och koppla samtal.
Fungera som organisationens ansikte utåt, vilket ofta innebär att vara kundens första kontakt med organisationen.

Arbetstid:
Arbetstiden är förlagd till kontorstid. Växelns öppettider är vardagar mellan 07:30 och 17:00.
Arbetspassen är schemalagda enligt följande:
07:20-16:05
08:15-17:00

Som projektassistent hos oss är din huvudsakliga arbetsuppgift är att vara värd och ta hand om svenska och utländska besökare i företagets stora provrum/testlab i samband med att vi utför kundprov på våra stora motorer eller generatorer. Ofta är det ett fysiskt besök under 2-4 dagar och ibland görs det ett remote test och då är man ansvarig för att vara värd för digitala möten. Utöver det stöttar man projektavdelningen genom att ta ansvar för diverse administrativa uppgifter. Rollen innebär återkommande arbete på dagar och kvällar, samt i undantagsfall även helgarbete (ovanligt). Utgångsläget är 40 timmars arbete i veckan, vardagar normalt mellan 8 och 17, men i arbetet ingår det även kvällsarbete i samband med prover. Tider för kvällsarbete kan variera men avslutas kring 22:30. På dagar när du arbetar kväll förskjuter du din arbetstid och börjar senare på dagen.
Projektassistenten bör vara nyfiken och tycka det är kul att träffa nya människor från många olika kulturer då en av huvuduppgifterna är att vara värd vid våra Factory Acceptance Tests, FAT. Vid dessa prover kommer kunder eller deras inhyrda representanter från hela världen. Det innebär att man måste vara öppen och kunna kommunicera obehindrat på svenska och engelska i såväl tal som skrift. Övriga arbetsuppgifter innebär administrativa uppgifter, såsom arkivering av dokumentation i vårt dokumenthanteringssystem, hantering av certifikat från våra leverantörer, utskrift av slutdokumentation till kund mm.
I arbetet tar du stort ansvar, planerar och driver ditt arbete och har ett högt tempo i kombination med mycket stor noggrannhet. Du samarbetar med våra projektledare och tillsammans med de andra projektassistenterna strukturerar och planerar ni gemensamma arbetsuppgifter på ett självständigt sätt. Därför är det är viktigt att både kunna samarbeta och samtidigt driva eget arbete. Som medarbetare i gruppen för projektledning får du en stor insyn i produktionsprocessen då du både rör dig i produktion och på kontoret. Dessutom får du som projektassistent följa hur maskinerna går genom konstruktion, montage, provning och packning samt mycket av kundkontakten och dokumentationen. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, North Europe you will be part of our regional Talent team, working closely with stakeholders from HR community and different businesses.


Your responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end hiring process with relevant stakeholders and advise business on solutions to talent challenges
• Actively advocate for internal talent advancement opportunities and promote talent advancement activities within the businesses as well as educate the organization where needed
• Manage recruitment campaigns, working directly with hiring managers to understand the requirements and decide on the appropriate sourcing strategy
• Conduct screening interviews and assist managers with interviews and selection assessments

Your background:
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources or similar field
• Experience in talent sourcing and recruitment and passion in the area of Talent Acquisition
• Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
• Candidate market understanding and knowledge of supply of certain competencies
• Self-driven and efficient with the ability to influence others, while maintaining a focus on customer service
• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
• A solution-focused approach and excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Sweden language
• Curiosity about understanding other people and business drivers
