In this role you will execute Service work with low to medium complexity according to work instructions and in accordance with Hitachi Energy standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. Deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers. In close co-operation with customer and other teams, take actions to identify new Service business opportunities for Hitachi Energy.
Your responsibilities
Be responsible for on-site installation and commissioning of medium and high voltage electrical equipment in substations
Perform troubleshooting, preventive, corrective and emergency reparation and maintenance of apparatures in substations (both electrical and mechanical)
Be responsible for upgrading and modifying the product as well as handling special assignments
Apply with Hitachi Energy HSE roles and regulations
Be a contact person to the end customer
Find leads to our sales organization
Coordination with the local front-end sales organization

Your background

Knowledge about relay protection devices (IED) and related electronic equipment

We are looking for an experienced Project Director to lead the execution of large and complex projects. In this role you will manage international project teams around the globe and be responsible for execution and delivery of such projects on time, budget and scope implementing the health, safety & environment requirements at the highest quality level to our customers satisfaction.
Your responsibilities
Accountable for the management of large and complex projects in all aspects from handover from sales until the end of the warranty period and contribute to the sales and tendering phase.
Managing multidisciplinary project teams in different locations, partially virtually, by continuous information flows, by doing project kick-offs and periodic progress, review meetings as well as monitoring project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow.
Ensure that the execution of projects is done in accordance with Hitachi ABB Power Grids policies, contractual agreements, quality standards as well as health, safety & environment requirements.
Ensure customer satisfaction goals are met while proactively striving for improvements and excellence.
Responsible for developing project execution staff through formal and informal coaching and mentoring.
Collaborate with other units, business partners, agencies and customers on both local and global level.

Yo ur background
Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or Economics.
Several years of experience in the Power or T&D Industry, primarily from managing large complex projects including contract management and negotiations.
Project Director Certification (PMI or IPMA) is merit.
Experience in leading virtual project teams, and of working in a multi-cultural context and with emerging countries.
You are a reliable team player with an organized & result oriented working style, as well as strong communicative and collaborative skills.
You are structured and self-confident to handle both ups and downs and problems that may occur.

Your responsibilities
In this exciting role, you are the one, who has the expert knowledge of Project Controls and who is responsible for the scheduling process of our delivery projects.
You are responsible for creating, maintaining and analyzing the delivery projects’ current and forecasted schedule, including costs, resources and risks.
You have an active role in developing solution options to handle delays.
You will follow up on the projects, produce reports and do regular analyses, for example S-curves, OTD, earned value and critical path.
When needed, you will be the one who draws the attention of project managers and project team on deviations and problems that may arise.
In the projects, you work closely with the project leader and other participants in the project team.
The role of planners is becoming increasingly important for our unit and you will have a key role in the further development of Project Controls.

Your background
We are looking for someone who is analytical and have a strong drive to work structured and goal-oriented.
You have at least five years of experience working with Planning & Scheduling, Project Controls, Earned value analysis, follow-up with S-curves, Primavera P6. If you have also worked with other planning systems, it is advantageous.
You are a self-driven person who likes to take the personal responsibility.

For our research center in Västerås, Sweden we are looking for a Testing Specialist with experience in High-Voltage and High-Power Electronics testing. You will join our team to make experiments on technology for future generations of HV power systems. You will work in dynamic, motivated, and creative teams with a wide range of experience and competence, and with access to highly advanced laboratory facilities.
Your responsibilities
Build electrical experimental set-ups, conduct tests, and analyze test results
Develop and validate power electronics technologies for various R&D projects
Effectively communicate with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and other external partners
Document results in the form of technical reports, presentations etc.
Connect with other technical areas and work in cross-competence teams, to solve research questions for future energy systems
Supervision of control and measurement equipment
Take responsibility over development and maintenance of laboratory infrastructure

Your background
Background in laboratory work with high power electrical testing and/or power electronics testing
Work-life experience in suitable areas such as high-power electronics, for example FACTS and HVDC applications
Experience with test planning, safety, and risk assessment, conducting and analysis of experiments
Ability to solve various electrical problems, both independently and in groups
Sound analytical and collaboration skills
Good communication skills in both Swedish and English are must, both written and spoken
Potential and interest to work in wider technical areas related to Power electronics, as for example: high voltage, sensor and sensing technology, thermal management, energy storage systems, Multiphysics integration

Då är jobbet som ledande konstruktör ett arbete för dig! Du blir en viktig medarbetare i en snabbt växande organisation. Vi ansvarar för försäljning och leverans reläskyddssystem på den svenska marknaden och dessutom i exportprojekt. Vi levererar till både slutkunder och system-integratörer, inom kraftgenerering, kraftöverföring, såväl som industrin. Vi är cirka 60 medarbetare i Västerås och kommer att bli fler för att klara den tillväxt vi är inne i.
Vi letar efter en erfaren elkonstruktör, med tekniskt djup förståelse för reläskyddssystem i transmissions- och distributionsnätet, som kan bidra med kunskap och erfarenhet i våra stora leveransprojekt.
Dina ansvarsområden
Du får det tekniska ansvaret för systemleveranser i stora projekt, i första hand till svenska kunder.
Du gör den övergripande systemdesignen, leder och koordinerar det tekniska arbetet för elkonstruktörer, reläskyddsingenjörer, systemingenjörer och testansvarig.
Du arbetar nära våra kunder, i nära samarbete med projektledare, kollegor i Engineering-organisationen och leverantörer.
Genom ditt arbete säkerställer du att vi levererar elektriska system och reläskåp som uppfyller kundens krav och behov med rätt kvalitet, i utsatt tid och till budgeterad kostnad.

Din bakgrund
Du är sannolikt elkraftsingenjör, elkonstruktör eller reläskyddsingenjör och har förmodligen arbetat med konstruktion för relä- och kontrollsystem inom kraftdistribution, kraft-generering eller liknande.
Du är en teknisk ledare, med erfarenhet av att ta konstruktionsbeslut baserat på kundens kravspecifikationer och riktlinjer.
Gissningsvis koordinerar och fördelar du arbetsuppgifter inom en konstruktörsgrupp redan idag och vill utveckla förmågan ytterligare i större och mer komplexa projekt.
Det är meriterande att ha konstruerat i Elmaster, E3 eller liknande, såväl som att ha arbetat med reläskydd och MicroSCADA, till exempel under installation- och igångkörning av transformatorstationer.
Erfarenhet av andra typer av styr- och övervakningssystem är också meriterande.
Du kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska.

Dina ansvarsområden

Du har det kommersiella ansvaret för projektet, arbetar med både ekonomi och teknik med fokus på kvalitet, lönsamhet och ständiga förbättringar

Din bakgrund
Du har sannolikt redan erfarenhet av att leda leveransorderprojekt och vill fort-sätta utvecklas genom att ta större ansvar
Erfarenhet och förmåga att hantera kommersiella- och kontraktsfrågor, merförsäljning samt att förhandla om vad som ingår i projektet du leder
Grundläggande kunskaper om elkraft och elkraftsdistribution är önskvärda, alternativt en förmåga att snabbt tillgodogöra sig dessa kunskaper
Du är en prestigelös ledare, når resultat tillsammans med dina projektmedlemmar och vill fortsätta utveckla förmåga att leda, motivera och kommunicera
