The opportunity

Our products are supplied from several global delivery centers, and we are currently looking for a Sales & Operations Infrastructure Specialist for Distribution Automation (DA) to join our team! This position is preferably placed in Västerås, Sweden.
The purpose of the role is to manage, maintain and deploy PowerShop to global units as well as you will be responsible for modelling of products in the configurators like Camos. You will report to the Head of Global Sales and Operations Infrastructure in the product group for Automation and Communication in Grid Automation. How you’ll make an impact
You will manage, maintain and deploy PowerShop to global units as well as you will be responsible for modelling of products in the configurators like Camos.
You will manage and maintain, and be responsible for activities connected to our applications, for instance Camos, PowerShop, SalesForce, SAP, etc.
You will manage and align with stakeholders such as internal Sales and Operations units, Product management, Delivery centers, Factories, IT and Supply Chain Management.
Ensure continuous improvement of processes, tools and performance in accordance with the Global Product Group Automation & Communication/ Distribution Automation Sales and Operations strategy.

Your background
You need to have the ability to learn new tools and domains in order to be successful in this role.
Since you will be collaborating with different colleagues/units, good communication skills are mandatory.
Being fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must. Other languages are considered meriting.
Experience in software environment (i.e. CPQ modelling, tools and processes).
Experience in testing software applications
Experience in Microsoft O365 applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
Modelling know-how in Camos Develop (good to have)
Electrical domain know-how (good to have)

Your Responsibilities
Ensuring that all relevant parties within the project have a deep understanding of the client's LCI requirements and can effectively adhere to them.

Supporting the project personnel in communicating documentation requirements to suppliers and performing internal quality checks on documentation before it is transferred to the client.

Providing training on the LCI strategy to the project team and coordinating the document review process to ensure that all documentation is reviewed in a timely manner.
Ensuring that the storage, maintenance, and traceability of documentation is in compliance with project requirements, and implementing effective back-up, security, and disaster recovery systems for project documentation.
Supporting the continuous improvement of the LCI strategy to ensure that it remains customer and market relevant.

Your Background
Solid experience in LCI management and coordination, with a strong understanding of civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering disciplines.
Proven track record of leading or supporting engineering teams, especially in the area of information management.
Good knowledge of commonly used document control systems in the offshore industry, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse and multinational team.
A university degree in a relevant engineering subject, or equivalent technical college education or experience in document control. If you do not have a formal education, you should be able to demonstrate long and relevant experience and documented achievements within the technical information management area.
Personal qualities such as independence, proactivity, structure, and systematicity, as well as fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Arbetsuppgifter

Som informationshanteringsspecialist/arkivarie kommer du att ha ett omväxlande och utvecklande arbete i en komplex och variationsrik organisation som omfattar allt ifrån sjukvård, tandvård, kultur och trafik. Hos oss möter du ett brett spektrum av arbetsuppgifter som gör ditt uppdrag både spännande och utvecklande. Du välkomnas även till en trevlig och nytänkande arbetsgrupp som ser fram emot att just du söker till oss.  

Konkret så kommer du att arbeta operativt i e-arkivprojekt där du är specialist inom informationshanterings- och arkiveringsfrågor. Du utreder även bevarande och gallring av framför allt digital information, ger råd och stöd och deltar i arbetet med styrande och stödjande dokument. Tillsammans med dina kollegor kommer du arbeta med långsiktigt bevarande av såväl digital som analog information från Västmanlands verksamheter. Även löpande arbetsuppgifter som att ge service till regionens verksamheter, andra myndigheter, forskare och invånare, till exempel utlämnande av allmänna handlingar kommer att ingå i ditt uppdrag.

 

Om arbetsplatsen

Regionarkivet är en del av verksamheten Centrum för administration som tillhör förvaltningen Regionkontoret i Region Västmanland. Vår verksamhet finns belägen på Eriksborg i Västerås och hos oss välkomnas du till ett team som består av 18 medarbetare som är arkivarier, förvaltningsledare och arkivassistenter. Vi arbetar med utlämnande av allmänna handlingar, sekretessbedömningar, dokumenthantering, utredningar, systemförvaltning, arkivering och e-arkivering, skanning och sökningar i pappers- och e-arkiv.

Vi har ett brett arbetsområde som innefattar allt från 1700-tals handlingar till digitala uppgifter i moderna IT-system. Vi har även kommit en bra bit på vägen med elektronisk dokumenthantering och digitalisering och har tillsammans med fjorton andra regioner en gemensam e-arkivlösning, R7e-arkiv. Kvalifikationer

För att lyckas i arbetet behöver du ha en förmåga att lätt sätta dig in i olika digitala system och IT-verktyg som en del i det dagliga arbetet. Du behöver även ha bra kunskaper i det svenska språket då du ibland kommer behöva sätta dig in i språkligt avancerade underlag. Vi ser positivt på om du har erfarenhet av arbete inom arkivverksamhet eller från liknande arbetsuppgifter som beskrivits ovan men det är inget krav. Det är även ett stort plus om du har erfarenhet av arbete inom offentlig förvaltning.

This position reports to Global On Site Supp Service Manager.
Your responsibilities
Being a representative from the OSS service management team towards the business and country stakeholders.
Handling all non-standard requests from the business.
Handling all escalations from the business.
Monitoring the OSS service delivery metrics.
Developing and implementing walk-in centers throughout the region.
Ensuring a smooth operating Environment.

Your background
Bachelor’s degree in Service Delivery or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an enterprise End User support role required.
Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and ability to work alone or with a team.
Experience working in a demanding environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
Fluent in Microsoft Office and Support of 0365.
Understanding of Networking Topology, Concepts and Server Infrastructure.
Experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Extensive Windows 10 knowledge and support experience.
Excellent knowledge of service now environment.
Experience with manufacturing processes, procedures and factory IT programs preferred.

Your responsibilities
Make sure the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) clearly addresses the projects BIM uses and is aligned with the Employers Information Requirements (EIR’s)
Develop BIM protocols per need and implement quality control procedures
Support project set-up of the Common Data Environment (CDE)
Support project 3D Model guidelines and coordinate data modelling processes
Identify and document clashes in collaborative design reviews with the design team
In a global BIM team share experiences and develop new digital ways of working

Your background
As a foundation, you have a minimum of a bachelor’s Degree in engineering /Civil Design or a related field, combined with skills in 3D Modelling.
You possess on-site project experience dealing with contractors and site teams, understanding the dynamics of the design versus construction.
It’s required that you have skills from Revit Architecture MagiCAD, Dynamo, Solibri, AutoCAD and Navisworks, and experience from BIM model and data coordination.
On a personal level you have experience to lead and manage a team (people) with proven results of effective and efficient BIM process implementation using the proper tools (technology) as per the Employers Information Requirement’s (policies) in a dynamic project environment.
You are proactive, and capable to mitigate disputes and solve BIM related problems between stakeholders as per the project policies.
You present results and explain errors to the Client, and get messages across in a coherent and clear way.
In this role you need to be self-motivated and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English is required, whereas Swedish and other additional languages are highly valued.

You will be part of GPQS (Grid Power and Quality Solutions), a business unit within HAPG’s Power Quality division located in Västerås. The unit develops, manufactures and sells STATCOM systems (static synchronous compensator) on a global market. This HAPG developed STATCOM is a regulating device used on alternating current electricity transmission networks. It is based on a power electronics voltage-source converter and can act as either a source or sink of reactive AC power to an electricity network. If connected to a source of power, it can also provide active AC power.

Arbetsuppgifter
Tillsammans med andra kulturutvecklare utgör du en viktig resurs för kulturutveckling i länet där en av dina roller blir att stödja det digitala utvecklingsarbetet inom folkbiblioteken. Utifrån den regionala biblioteksplanen kommer du att stödja kommunernas kvalitetsarbete genom att inspirera, handleda och utveckla användningen av digitala och mediala möjligheter. Delar av det arbetet handlar om att planera och genomföra olika typer av kompetenshöjande insatser för folkbiblioteken som tex utbildning i att skapa digitalt innehåll, analysera och bearbeta data och information, datasäkerhet etc.

Inom ramen för pågående samverkansarbete mellan folkbiblioteken i länet, civilsamhället, lokala kulturlivet och regionala kulturverksamheter blir du en del i utvecklingen av biblioteken som mötesplatser.

Kvalifikationer
Vi söker dig som har, en för tjänsten, relevant eftergymnasial utbildning och gärna erfarenhet av pedagogiskt arbete inom IT och media. Du har goda kunskaper i svenska, i tal och skrift, samt god datavana och ett brinnande intresse för digitala frågor. Vi ser det som meriterande om du har erfarenhet från utvecklingsarbete inom biblioteksverksamhet och erfarenhet från arbete i Creative Cloud.

Stor vikt kommer att läggas vid personliga kompetenser. Rollen kräver initiativförmåga och att du kan planera, organisera och prioritera ditt arbete på ett effektivt sätt. Du har god förståelse för hur människor tar till sig kunskap och du kan anpassa sättet att förmedla budskapet till olika mottagare.

Rollen innebär många kontaktytor varför det blir viktigt att du är utåtriktad och har lätt för att skapa goda relationer och bra samarbeten.
