Vi söker en erfaren Förvaltningsledare/AI-Governance Lead till en utvecklingsstyrningsavdelning inom en större offentlig organisation. Rollen är både strategisk och operativ och innebär att bygga upp en hållbar AI-governance-struktur och ett förvaltningsramverk med koppling till IT och övrig verksamhet.
Som förvaltningsledare ansvarar du för att etablera policyer, riktlinjer, styrnings- och uppföljningsprocesser samt kontrollmekanismer för ansvarsfull och etisk AI. Du kommer också att definiera roller och ansvarsfördelning, implementera riskhanteringsprocesser och samverka med olika utvecklingsteam för att integrera governance-strukturen i hela organisationen.

Arbetsuppgifter
Utveckla och implementera ett AI-governance-ramverk med policyer, riktlinjer och uppföljningsprocesser.
Etablera roller, ansvar och processer för riskbedömning, styrning och uppföljning av AI-system.
Samverka med utvecklingsteam och övriga avdelningar för att integrera governance-strukturen.
Kommunicera komplexa frågor på ett tydligt sätt till både tekniska och icke-tekniska intressenter.
Leda förändringsarbete och bygga strukturer över avdelningsgränser.


Kvalificeringskrav
Minst 4 års erfarenhet av att etablera styrnings-, uppföljnings- och ansvarsstrukturer inom AI i större organisationer.
Dokumenterad erfarenhet av juridiska och etiska frågor kopplade till AI.
Dokumenterad erfarenhet av förändringsledning och att bygga strukturer över avdelningsgränser.
Förmåga att kommunicera komplexa frågor till både tekniska och icke-tekniska intressenter.


Meriterande kompetens
Erfarenhet av IT inom offentlig verksamhet.
Kännedom om AI-förordningen, ISO-standard AI eller Responsible Tech.
Dokumenterad erfarenhet av agila arbetssätt, t.ex. SAFe.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a senior site commissioning manager that will be part of Hitachi Energy and HVDC. HVDC unit (High Voltage Direct Current) develops, manufactures, and sells DC transmission systems on the global market. HVDC technology is used to transfer electrical energy over long distances and for power transmission when using undersea cables. HVDC is also used to interconnect power systems.
You will be the Commissioning lead for a team of around 15 commissioning engineers in a range of medium-to-
high-complexity projects in HVDC. Reporting to the line manager Vesa Österholm, you will lead the completion of all commissioning activities efficiently and cost-effectively, in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards and safety requirements. You will have the opportunity to travel to sites all over the world, experience different cultures.
You will be working up to 75% of your time on site, both long term and short term (for periods 6 to 12 months at a time). In between site work, when at home we are flexible when it comes to work location.
How you'll make an impact
Act as Commissioning manager on our sites globally and lead a team of motivated Commissioning engineers
Work with developing time schedules and reading customer specifications to create test plans
Prepare and handle test equipment for commissioning and commissioning resource planning for projects
Develop routines, processes, and documentation related to commissioning. Manage customer clarification discussions and meetings to describe our processes and the strategy to control the safety, quality, and completion according to schedule
Work with preparation and handling of quality assurance documentation for projects
Participate in internal project and design reviews and in FATs on behalf of HVDC

Your Background
You have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Several years' experience working with commissioning on-site and in the office with preparation for commissioning. Previous experience from HVDC or FACTS applications is a merit
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to coach others in commissioning
Ability to work according to relevant legislations and standards but with a pragmatic and smooth way of working to deliver results in a global environment
Being a highly motivated, self-starting individual, you will enjoy working in a team, be motivated to share your commissioning skills and be excited about the prospect of joining a progressive global organization

The Integrated Production Units will also be part of your scope, IPUs are cross-functional teams lead by IPU managers. The IPUs are accountable for the end-to-end delivery process of our products, focusing on operative KPIs and continuous improvements.
Developing the production by increasing the level of automation and digitalization as well as reducing our environmental impact will be key for your success.

Qualifications for the Role
Master of Science or other academic degree in a relevant field
At least 5 years of experience from a managerial position within production or similar.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
The ability to motivate and engage other people, and the skills required to make strategic decisions and run the daily operations
Knowledge and practical experience of Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma
Knowledge of digitalization and automation of a production unit is a plus
Fluency in English and Swedish is mandatory

Qualifications for the role

Your background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Strategy, or Business (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in power electronics or control systems.
Leadership, people and change management experience preferred and proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams across geographies.
Strong understanding of industrial hardware/software development and lifecycle management and experience in control and protection solutions for Power Electronics based systems (Grid and Power Quality applications or HVDC) will be preferred but not mandatory.

The Primary objective of the role is to provide MEPF support to Clients CM team, the GC team and the MEPF subcontractors on the client's data centre builds. This involves interfacing with the GC/Client & MEPF Contractors / Clients CM / Clients DE / Clients Security / Client & MEP Consultants / Clients Cx / Local authorities and others as needed.
Reporting to the MEP Operations Director your key responsibilities for the role will include but will not be limited to the following:
• Foster a team approach to delivering your projects with your team.
• Encourage your team to grow in their own roles and provide professional development where appropriate.
• Review of IFC design for design issues / improvements and to determine where local alternatives with better lead times could be applied
• Review incoming design change directives for impact to MEP works and establish if they can be implemented depending on site progress, and if they can be implemented determine a reasonable schedule impact
• Work with the MEPF contractors and offer technical support on MEPF systems, clarify clients’ expectations and typical installation practices for client which may not necessarily be clarified on the IFC design
• Review alternative technical proposals from the MEPF contractors to determine if proposal would be acceptable to client prior to formal submission where the contractor is required / chooses to deviate from the specification / design
• Track and monitor MEPF shop drawings, RFI’s and technical submittals and push same through the approval process, offer technical support to the reviewers where required.
• Attend and lead the project Lean Last Planning Session.
• Assist the Planning Department with defining and tracking equipment delivery dates for both MEPF contractors and OFCI Vendors to maintain project schedule.
• Provide the OFCI Vendors with an insight into MEPF programme in order to align the Clients works affecting the efficient MEPF progress.

• Develop and manage the project schedule for MEP installations, coordinating with other construction activities.

ABB's Robotics & Discrete Automation business is writing the future of flexible factory and smart machines by providing value-added solutions in robotics, machine and factory automation. Our integrated automation solutions, application expertise across a wide scope of industries and our global presence deliver tangible customer value. The ABB Robotics production plant in Västerås is recruiting a manager for the Production Engineering Cabinet Assembly and Verification department. In this role you report to the Manager Industrial Engineering and be a member of the Management Team for Industrial Engineering organization.
As Manager Production Engineering Cabinet Assembly and Verification, you will lead and develop a team with approximately 15 employees in their daily work, delivering in pro-jects and supporting daily production. At ABB Robotics in Västerås we have a very inter-esting journey ahead of us building the new Robotics Campus Sweden.
In this role you will get a chance to shape the future for our new factory and develop this new department together with its team members. You are also responsible to continuously develop the processes for and to secure long term development of methods for assembly of cabinets, testing and verification of our products and also assembly of track motion and delta robots.

Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will be part of the Ports business line within the Marine and Ports division that is specialized in advanced automation and information systems for all types of container and bulk cargo handling cranes, as well as OCR and electrical systems for container terminals. Your department is responsible for development of our sensor systems applications for ship to shore cranes and stacking cranes. The department is developing advanced sensor systems based on lidar, camera and laser. The development is normally performed in close cooperation with customers, and our R&D engineers often go to site for test and verifications.

Lead a department of 15 skilled Software application engineers.
The department’s work in agile ways of working in sprints with 2 team leads.
Development of our world leading sensor system for crane automation.
Develop test and verification methods for our sensor systems.
Manage and ensure department spending is in line with agreed budget.
Keep developing the departments fantastic engineers in a direction that support ABB Ports long term strategy in your area.

Qualifications for the role
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
5+ years’ of experience in leading complex operations within project execution, service delivery, or supply chain management, preferably in the energy, industrial, or engineering sectors. Experience in managing large, diverse teams and fostering a high-performance culture.

As a Category Manager, you will play a key role in the SCM organization within ABB Traction and Mobile e-Power Motors in Västerås. The team is focused on ensuring material availability, developing and implementing material strategies, selecting and qualifying suppliers and leading contract negotiations. Since each delivery is customer-specific, you will also have the opportunity to engage in project-specific procurements. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your main responsibilities will be to improve the supply base, drive material cost efficiency, and enhance supplier performance. This role offers a hands-on and operational experience close to the factory, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, solution-driven environment.


Your role and responsibilities
You will be responsible for several material groups with the main task of ensuring materials for our production, improving the cost base, quality, delivery reliability and capacity
You will create and implement supplier strategies in both the short and long term
Develop our existing supplier base with a focus on cost, quality, lead times and capacity and onboard new suppliers
Your role includes ensuring suppliers meet required laws, standards, policies, and directives
As part of our SCM team, you will work in close collaboration with quality- and technology department and project managers
You will have international contacts both internally within ABB and with our suppliers

Qualifications for the role
We are looking for you who are driven by doing business, creating and maintaining long-term relationships

Degree in engineering, supply chain management, economics, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in procurement, category management, or other supply chain roles.

The opportunity
We are looking for a senior site commissioning manager that will be part of Hitachi Energy and HVDC. HVDC unit (High Voltage Direct Current) develops, manufactures, and sells DC transmission systems on the global market. HVDC technology is used to transfer electrical energy over long distances and for power transmission when using undersea cables. HVDC is also used to interconnect power systems.
You will be the commissioning lead for a team around 15 commissioning engineers in a range of medium-to-high-complexity projects in HVDC. Reporting to the line manager Claes Eriksson, you will lead the completion of all commissioning activities efficiently and cost-effectively, in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards and safety requirements. You will have the opportunity to travel to sites all over the world, experience different cultures.
You will be working up to 75% of your time on site, both on long term and short term. In between site work, when at home we are flexible when it comes to work location.

Act as Commissioning manager on our sites globally and lead a team of motivated commissioning engineers
Work with developing time schedules and reading customer specifications to create test plans
Prepare and handle test equipment for commissioning and commissioning resource planning for projects

Din roll
I rollen som Specialist i Projektreferensgruppen bidrar du med din spetskompetens inom ställverkskonstruktion. Din kompetens kommer att vara ett komplement i vårt anbudsarbete där du granskar och analyserar inkomna offerter, men även deltar i arbetet med att ta fram förfrågningsunderlag. Du kommer att fungera som en specialistresurs och stötta våra projektledare i tekniska vägval. Fokus kommer vara på större stationsprojekt på spänningsnivåerna 130kV och uppåt till 400kV. Your background
A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience from for example project management of large scale projects, large scale system sales or large scale system tendering.
Enjoy working in teams in a high demand environment and are used to dealing with international business clients.
Technical and commercial experience of HVDC systems, or similar, is an advantage as you will be working with HVDC.
Used to handle many tasks simultaneously and to work structured and methodically.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Communicative and outgoing, especially since the position entails interaction with a wide variety of stakeholders, both internal and external across all organizational levels.

As a Project Planner, you will play a pivotal role during the whole lifecycle of our projects, from tendering to handover in the field of Planning and Scheduling. In this role, you will be in the driving seat to ensure the projects have robust, dynamic, and well-structured schedules that meet contractual objectives and provide clear roadmaps for the execution phase. You will be working in close collaboration with many stakeholders making sure the schedules are used for work coordination, predictable lookaheads, risk management, cost management, resource management, and of course, team alignment. Your background
M.Sc. or B.Sc. in relevant field
Several years of experience and expertise in planning and scheduling

Ability to prepare and maintain high quality, dynamic project schedules together with the project team
Self-driven person who takes personal responsibility and goal oriented and structured way of working
Experience working with Primavera P6 and if you have experience in Oracle Unifier, it is seen as an advantage

As Digital R&D Portfolio Manager and Program Manager, you will work with definition of technical solutions and together with stakeholders translate the market needs into new Digital R&D portfolio roadmap for HVDC. As Digital R&D Portfolio Manager and Program Manager, you will play a crucial role to ensure the governance of Digital R&D portfolio and successful execution of the R&D projects with following responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical solutions in Digital R&D portfolio roadmap, drive and follow-up decisions for implementation
Collaborate with Digital R&D line management and contribute to the implementation of Digital R&D execution model

Your background
University degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in a technical field (Electrical, Electronics, computer engineering or similar)
10+ years of project management experience in driving and implementing complex, scalable software solutions.
Ability to lead teams geographically dispersed teams in multi-site global environment.
Knowledge of software and digital solutions, IoT, cloud computing, big data, and analytics is desired.
Prior experience in line management role is beneficial
Knowledge of gate model and checklist process is beneficial
Knowledge of Scrum framework or similar Agile-Lean stage gate framework is
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
