We’re looking for a experienced Account Manager to strengthen our team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of managing key client relationships projects from start to finish with a sharp focus on technical quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency. Working closely with our technical experts, you’ll help identify new opportunities, shape customized proposals, and turn great ideas into successful deals.


You will be joining a team with collegues from different countries, different age span and where we value each other and support each other to deliver great value for our customer.


Your Responsibilities
Develop and nurture strong relationships with key customers.
Identify new opportunities and craft tailored proposals to meet client needs.
Build trust and long-term collaborations with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Lead tender cost calculations, evaluate scope, and manage deviations from specifications.
Lead and contribute to both technical and commercial negotiations.
Ensure successful tender delivery – from technical solution to timeline and budget.

Qualifications for the role
A strong technical background in relevant fields, master’s degree or similar work experience.
at least 5 years of experience working with customers.
A technical education combined with at least 5 years of experience in a similar customer-focused role.
A proactive mindset and strong commitment to meet and exceed targets.
Proven experience in managing commercial business deals.
Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
Comfortable working independently and within a team environment.
Fluent in both Swedish and English; other languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel as needed to support clients and projects.

As Manager Production Engineering Cabinet Assembly and Verification, you will lead and develop a team with approximately 15 employees in their daily work, delivering in pro-jects and supporting daily production. In this role you will get a chance to shape the future for our new factory and develop this new department together with its team members. Qualifications for the role

Good knowledge in manufacturing processes and working knowledge of systems such as Lean Manufacturing and WCM.
Fluency in written and spoken English is a requirement; Swedish is considered a strong advantage.
Good communication, social, and networking skills.
A strategic mindset with a good sense of urgency for daily operations.
M.Sc. Engineering within Industrial related area or equivalent.

Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will be part of the Ports business line within the Marine and Ports division that is specialized in advanced automation and information systems for all types of container and bulk cargo handling cranes, as well as OCR and electrical systems for container terminals. We offer an international and dynamic working environment where our business delivers advanced technology in large projects across the world in a customer oriented and highly globalized industry.


Your department is responsible for development of our sensor systems applications for ship to shore cranes and stacking cranes. The department is developing advanced sensor systems based on lidar, camera and laser. ABB Ports sensor technology is advanced and similar to autonomous automotive applications within perception, vision, machine learning, SLAM, ROS2, sensor system calibration and embedded systems. The development is normally performed in close cooperation with customers, and our R&D engineers often go to site for test and verifications.
The department has around 40% work in customer delivery projects and 60% in R&D and product maintenance. This role reports to the Technology Manager.


Your responsibilities in the role include:
Lead a department of 15 skilled Software application engineers.
The department’s work in agile ways of working in sprints with 2 team leads.
Development of our world leading sensor system for crane automation.
Develop test and verification methods for our sensor systems.
Manage and ensure department spending is in line with agreed budget.
Keep developing the departments fantastic engineers in a direction that support ABB Ports long term strategy in your area.
You lead the department to a structured development process, requirements management, a secure software development lifecycle and a structured fault-finding process.

Qualifications for the role
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or relevant field together with a few years of experience as a Software Developer
Experience from team lead or line manager role is valuable
Experience from leading agile teams is beneficial
Experience in software development within automation area (PLC, embedded)
Experience from customer projects organization is beneficial
Work with functional safety is valuable
Knowledge in ROS2, embedded systems, Linux, machine learning, vision and perception are beneficial
Since you will work in a global company, you need to master English in both speech and writing, Swedish language skills are meriting

Your role and responsibilities
In this fascinating role, you will manage a chapter of firmware engineer tasked to develop next-generation products and solutions for contactors and softstarters, drive innovation and ensure the maintenance of a large portfolio of existing products. The opportunity
We are looking for a senior site commissioning manager that will be part of Hitachi Energy and HVDC. HVDC unit (High Voltage Direct Current) develops, manufactures, and sells DC transmission systems on the global market. HVDC technology is used to transfer electrical energy over long distances and for power transmission when using undersea cables. HVDC is also used to interconnect power systems.
You will be the commissioning lead for a team around 15 commissioning engineers in a range of medium-to-high-complexity projects in HVDC. Reporting to the line manager Claes Eriksson, you will lead the completion of all commissioning activities efficiently and cost-effectively, in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards and safety requirements. You will have the opportunity to travel to sites all over the world, experience different cultures.
You will be working up to 75% of your time on site, both on long term and short term. In between site work, when at home we are flexible when it comes to work location.

Act as Commissioning manager on our sites globally and lead a team of motivated commissioning engineers
Work with developing time schedules and reading customer specifications to create test plans

Din roll
I rollen som Specialist i Projektreferensgruppen bidrar du med din spetskompetens inom ställverkskonstruktion. Rollen som Projektledare
Vi söker projektledare för stations- och ledningsprojekt inom 20-400kV spänning. Are you our next Service Manager for Deep Foundation Machinery and Crawler Cranes? We are looking for a customer oriented Service Manager who can ensure the customer satisfaction, organize and support the Customer Service team and to build up and expand a Customer Service structure within the assigned territory.
The customers and our service technicians are scattered throughout the country and therefore the service requires travel two to three days per week within Sweden and, if necessary, also within the Nordic region. Factory trips to Europe occur a couple of times a year. The service belongs to our unit in Västerås.

We are now looking for our new Shift Manager for us at ABB Robotics and our department for "large robots"! You will lead and develop 50 employees where you are the salary-setting manager and responsible for the staff's development, well-being and rehabilitation. As our R&D Project Manager you will become one of the key persons in organizing the delivery of power quality solutions to the rest of our organization. In this role you will work directly with cross-functional team members to ensure that our solutions are delivered and executed in alignment with the overall delivery project priorities.

Your responsibilities
You will hold the overall responsibilities for the management of assigned R&D project within the power quality business.
Acts as key contact for the project. Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Managing and follow up suppliers.
Planning and scheduling -> Defines all project plan deliverables, including scope and financial plans, schedule.
Ensures that the project follows execution best practices and Hitachi Energy policies. Effectively monitors and controls project progress and efficient resource utilization.
Monitors and controls project financials according to budget and forecast of R&D work within the Power Quality domain.
Manage administrative tasks related to project management.

Your background
You hold a university degree within Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
Knowledge of project management in system business and preferably within the power system domain.
Strong leadership & management skills and being direct in communication.
Excellent ability to resolve issues, lead teams and work constructively with external and internal relations.
Structured way of working.
You are confident, both on a personal level and in your leadership
Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Your responsibilities
To deliver our products on time to the customer through close cooperation with internal support functions.
To conduct systematic work environment management, which means that you must ensure a good work environment, both physical and psychosocial, in collaboration with the safety representative for the department.
That the products meet the requirements set by the quality departments. The internal cooperation with quality engineers is particularly important in order to constantly improve our quality.
That the staff are happy and through that perform well. That our personnel issues are handled in accordance with current HR processes and in line with ABB's core values.
Suggest and implement improvements and actively drive the improvement work together with your team with the help of your cross-functional group consisting of production technology, line technicians, quality technicians and maintenance.

Your background
You have at least 3-5 years of experience from production, preferably assembly manufacturing or customer-order-driven manufacturing. LEAN, six sigma and other change leadership and improvement work are meritorious.
It is an advantage if you have leadership experience as a manager, shift leader or in a supervisory position.
Your interest in your employees and team spirit in delivering robots for ABB is central. Being able to work with personnel issues and get satisfaction in engaging and developing people should be what you are passionate about. You have an ability to find sustainable overall solutions, are positive to change and see deviations and problems as a valuable opportunity to improve the business.
You have good collaboration skills and are goal- and result-oriented. Working in an outgoing, independent and responsible way is obvious to you. You master Swedish and English without hindrance.
