As hands-on Technical Architect in Physical AI you will help taking this vision to the next level by leading the design and implementation of Physical AI systems that unify perception, planning, and control into high-performance solutions for real-world industrial applications. Your Responsibilities
Full-Stack AI Architecture Ownership: Lead the architecture of our entire AVR/Physical AI stack - shaping how robotics, AI, and software come together into one unified, scalable system.
System Design & Integration: Design intelligent systems that span real-time embedded control, edge-level perception and decision-making, and cloud-driven learning, orchestration, and data pipelines.
Technical Vision Translation: Transform ambitious ideas into elegant, modular architectures - defining components and interfaces that deliver production-grade performance in the field.
Collaboration & Guidance: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure architectural integrity, evaluate technologies and frameworks, and act as the go-to expert for Physical AI solutions.
Performance & Scalability Leadership: Architect high-performance, low-latency AI systems that scale across robots, environments, and customers - ensuring seamless integration of perception, planning, and control.

Your Profile
Advanced degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) in a relevant field with 8–12+ years of experience building complex AI, robotics, or large-scale software systems.
Proven ability to architect full-stack AI systems, from data pipelines and training workflows to deployment in real-world environments.
Expertise in scalable software and distributed systems, with hands on experience delivering AI into production for physical or robotic systems.
Strong command of embedded, edge, and cloud technologies, and the ability to fuse them into high-performance, real-time solutions.
Influential technical leader who thrives in cross-functional environments, designs from first principles, and drives alignment across teams.

Your role
In this global role, you will drive the sales performance of Traction Motors within key market segments such as Railway, Mobile e-Power and Marine. You will play a central role in shaping sales strategies, setting targets, negotiating sales budgets, and ensuring strong market positioning.
You will work closely with and coach global and local sales teams, supporting them throughout the entire sales process – from strategy and solution design to negotiation, order intake and post-sales follow-up. Your responsibilities
Lead and support the global and local sales organization to achieve volume, mix and profitability targets
Participate in sales strategy discussions and define short- and long-term sales plans together with regional sales teams
Analyze customer needs, market trends and competitor offerings to strengthen ABB’s value proposition
Drive effective marketing and communication initiatives, including product launches and sales enablement

Your background
University degree in Engineering or equivalent technical education
Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales within a global organization
Proven experience in sales management, business development, account management and cross-selling
Strong technical knowledge of electric motors, preferably Traction Motors
Solid understanding of contract negotiations, commercial and legal terms, pricing and risk management
Market insight within Railway, Mobile e-Power and/or Marine segments
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are considered a plus

Inom ABB Automation har vi i Sverige en dedikerad grupp på cirka 150 personer som enbart fokuserar på att arbeta med våra kunder inom papper- och massaindustrin men globalt är vi i Bussiness Line Pulp, Paper and Fiber 1500 personer. Vi levererar automationsprojekt baserade på 800xA, drivsystemsprojekt, elektrifiering och digitalisering – samt service och support via långsiktiga serviceavtal. Då vår nuvarande accountmanger kommer utvecklas vidare i en nya global roll söker vi en erfaren Account Manager som vill vara med och utveckla affärerna med våra befintliga nyckelkunder.
Tjänsten är på heltid med placeringsort Stockholm, Karlstad eller Norrköping.
Som Account Manager har du ansvaret för att bygga långsiktiga kundrelationer med några av Sveriges ledande företag inom papper- och massaindustrin. Du får ansvar för cirka 10-15 befintliga ABB-kunder med installerad bas och lång historik av samarbete. Din roll handlar om att förstå kundernas utmaningar och omsätta dessa till konkreta affärsförslag som matchar ABB:s lösningar.
Du förvaltar, migrerar och moderniserar befintlig installerad bas, samtidigt som du identifierar möjligheter att utöka med nya funktioner och lösningar. Du bygger relationer på flera nivåer hos kunden – från automationsgrupper och pprojekt till drift, underhåll och produktionsledning.
I rollen kommer du att:
Etablera och vårda kundkontakter på olika nivåer i kundorganisationen
Identifiera kundbehov och ta fram affärsförslag baserat på dessa
Presentera lösningar och affärsnyttan – från affärsförslag till tekniska genomgångar hos kund
Arbeta strukturerat med försäljning i vårt CRM-system och bygga en pipeline som kontinuerligt uppdateras och vårdas
Leda och koordinera ABB:s interna specialistteam för att ta fram tekniska och kommersiella lösningar
Göra cirka 150 kundbesök per år på kundens bruk för att skapa förståelse och knyta kontakter (merparten av resorna kan göras över dagen)
Driva affärer genom hela försäljningscykeln – från behovsanalys och offert till förhandling och avslut
Ha ett tydligt definierat säljmål med uppföljning och incitament

Du ingår i en grupp med 4 andra kundansvariga samt tekniska säljexperter som kan stötta dig.
Din bakgrund:
För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har en stark kombination av teknisk förståelse, affärsmässighet och förmågan att bygga förtroendefulla relationer. Du är självgående, strukturerad och drivs av att skapa värde genom långsiktiga samarbeten.
Vi ser att du har:
Relevant eftergymnasial utbildning inom teknik, industriell ekonomi eller motsvarande
Flera års erfarenhet av B2B-försäljning, gärna inom automation, process eller industriella lösningar alternativt ett teknikbakgrund och ledande rollen inom teknik som gör det enkelt att gå över till försäljning.
Teknisk förståelse för processindustri, gärna från papper och massa
Kunskap om industriella styrsystem, gärna ABB 800xA eller annat DCS, samt hur dessa fungerar i industriella applikationer
Kunskap om industriella applikationer som drivsystem, processreglering, kraftdistribution i industriella miljöer.
Förståelse för företagsekonomi, projektkalkyler och anbud – samt erfarenhet av avtalsformer för fastprisprojekt (t.ex. SSG är meriterande)
Dokumenterad erfarenhet av självständigt kundansvar och att driva affärer genom hela försäljningsprocessen
Vana av att arbeta strukturerat med CRM-system, gärna Salesforce, samt kund- och accountplaner
Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska samt en stark kommunikativ och relationsskapande förmåga

Kvalifikationer för rollen
Du har minst 3 års erfarenhet av liknande roll och arbetsuppgifter sedan tidigare.
Vi ser gärna att du har en eftergymnasial teknisk utbildning, men det viktigaste är att du har en bred allmänteknisk kunskap och god teknisk förståelse.
Som person är du en lösnings- och målfokuserad teamspelare som med ett strukturerat arbetssätt har förmågan att hantera flera parallella uppgifter och deadlines.
Du är duktig på att kommunicera och du uttrycker dig väl på både svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
Du tar fullt ansvar för dina kundärenden, från offert till leverans.
Resor i tjänsten förekommer (ca 5-10 per år).

Responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain motor requirements/specifications for industrial robot applications (performance, duty cycles, thermal limits, lifetime, environment, interfaces, and constraints).
Lead technical dialogue with suppliers: clarify requirements, review designs, drive trade-offs, and follow up actions to secure compliance with the specification.
Own the motor integration requirements towards the robot joint (mechanical and electrical interfaces, tolerances, cooling concept, EMC, noise/vibration targets) and ensure system-level fit.
Plan and execute verification & validation together with the motor tester (test plans, instrumentation, test setups); analyze results, write reports, and drive corrective actions with suppliers.
Together with the principal engineer, define key technical targets and acceptance criteria (efficiency, losses, thermal, lifetime, cost) and ensure compliance with relevant standards and ABB requirements.
Support supplier industrialization and product maintenance: manufacturing readiness, critical-to-quality parameters, deviation handling, and engineering change management together with purchasing, quality and production engineering.

Your background

As Senior Legal Counsel in ABB Robotics Sweden and Nordics countries cluster lead, you will provide expert legal guidance to ensure the company operates in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards within your country. Qualifications for the Role
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
Strong knowledge of electrical components used in motor starting, control, and protection (manual motor starters, contactors, overload relays, soft starters, relays).
Hands?on experience with common motor control applications and protection principles (over 3 years of experience is desired) .
Solid understanding of motor?related concepts such as selectivity, coordination, and relevant industrial standards (IEC 60947?1, 60947?2, IEC 60947?4?1 & 5?1, IEC 60077, EN 50155).
Proven ability to develop and deliver technical presentations to diverse audiences.

Qualifications for the role
MSc. degree (or expected graduation in 2026) in Electrical Engineering.
Background in power system design and simulations, including component modeling.
Knowledge in power system stability and transient analysis is desirable.
Knowledge or interest to learn power system and device interaction (e.g. converters).
Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, Python and power systems simulation tools. Familiarity with all is beneficial, but skills in one with willingness to learn the other is sufficient.

We are currently looking for a service-oriented and collaborative Global Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Västerås. Din bakgrund

Som Underhållschef på ABB Robotics ansvarar du för att leda och vidareutveckla underhållsverksamheten inom fabriken i Västerås. Qualifications for the role

The Local Division Marketing Manager, Energy Industries division in Sweden, is accountable for planning and executing in-country marketing that directly supports the Northern Europe Energy Industries strategy and Sweden business priorities. Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related business discipline, with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a B2B marketing.
Proven ability to simplify complex technical topics into compelling customer value narratives.
Strong campaign execution experience across digital, events, and marketing automation.
Comfortable working with sales teams, senior leaders, and technical specialists.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation (e.g. Salesforce Pardot).
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. Sitefinity) and standard content tools.
Confident working in a matrix organisation with HUB, Global, and local stakeholders.
Fluent in Swedish.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Your role and responsibilities
Are you a senior finance leader with a strong business mindset and the ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution? Do you thrive in a role where you lead people, partner closely with the business, and drive financial performance?
In this role, you will act as a senior Finance Business Partner to the business management team and lead a local finance team within the Business Area Motion in Sweden. You will support strategic and operational decision-making by translating business priorities into robust financial plans, forecasts, and performance follow-up, while ensuring strong financial governance and transparency.
The work model for the role is on-site.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Acting as a senior Finance Business Partner, contributing to business strategy and translating strategic objectives into financial plans, forecasts, and measurable targets.
Leading and developing a local finance team, ensuring the right structure, capabilities, performance, and ways of working.
Driving business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance follow-up to optimize key business KPIs.
Ensuring transparent, timely, and high-quality financial reporting, disclosures, and decision support in line with ABB’s high standards.
Defining, implementing, and continuously improving financial control processes, internal controls, and global and business-specific guidelines.
Identifying financial risks and opportunities, assessing business risk exposure, and supporting mitigation actions to protect and improve business performance.
Collaborating cross-functionally and across regions to support strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen financial governance.

Qualifications for the role
Extensive experience in senior finance, controlling, or finance leadership roles in an international or complex business environment.
Proven ability to act as a trusted finance partner to senior business stakeholders.
Solid experience in people leadership, team development, and performance management.
Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to translate financial data into clear business actions.
Deep knowledge of financial planning, reporting, internal controls, and governance frameworks.
A university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Fluent in both Swedish and English with excellent communication skills.
