In this role, you will work where technical knowledge meets strategic sales to promote advanced solutions for synchronous condenser applications. You will play a key role in supporting grid stability and enabling the energy transition, while building strong global partnerships and developing new market opportunities.

Your Responsibilities
Manage sales and business development across assigned markets and applications
Identify market trends, generate leads, and develop new business opportunities
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders
Develop and execute sales strategies, including market-specific initiatives and business models
Prepare, negotiate, and deliver technical and commercial offers, contracts, and tenders

Your Background
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, technical sales support, or project management
Deep understanding of grid stability, transmission systems, and related technologies
Experience working with EPCs, public tenders, and long-term infrastructure projects
Ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships with both commercial and technical stakeholders
Strategic mindset combined with a practical, structured, and initiative-taking approach
Clear verbal and written communication in English; Swedish is a strong advantage
Willingness to travel internationally

Qualifications

You are fluent in English and can read and understand technical documentation.

We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to join our Motion Services division. You will lead and execute all division-related marketing and communications activities for the assigned region, ensuring strong regional activation of the global strategy.

The Opportunity

Vi söker dig som kan
  Förbereda snabba kostnadsberäkningar under anbudsförberedande fasen, baserat på produktkostnadsdatabas och erfarenhet från projektets genomförande.
 Stödja Bid Manager i förberedelsen av IFQ (Instruction For Quotation), i enlighet med prissättningsstrategin.
Definiera kostnadsstrukturen för anbudet enligt RFP (villkor och bestämmelser, etc.), försäljningskrav, etc.
 Leda kostnadsförbättrande åtgärder för att nå målkostnad / optimera priset med hjälp av alla konkurrenskraftsverktyg och utmana bidragsgivarna.
 Leda ett samarbete med Finance Tender Manager för att optimera finansiella kostnader (obligationer, finansiering, hedging, försäkringar, skatter, etc.) och förbättra budets totala konkurrenskraft.
Konsolidera anbudskostnadsåtaganden som finansiella regler och i konsolideringsverktyget.
Kontrollera robusthetsnivån för kostnadsberäkningen (konsistens mellan omfattningen av arbete, mottagna kostnader och planering) och använda rutnätet för bedömning av kostnadsrobusthet (Costing assessment review grid).
 Förbereda Costing package för TRM (Tender Review Meeting) (kostnadsanalyser/bryggor, standardrapport, kassaflöde, etc.).
Leda kostnadsbedömningsaktiviteter, i samordning med Bid Manager, för ändringar som diskuterats under förhandlingsfasen och uppdatera kostnadsåtagandet.
Överföra anbudskostnadsdata (med relaterade antaganden) till projektet (TTM / Tender Transfer Meeting) + variansanalys (från TRM/Tender Review Meeting -->TTM/Tender Transfer Meeting).
Bygga jämförelser mellan olika lösningar och genomföra Make or Buy-utvärderingar (i samordning med Finance Project Manager).

Responsibilities
Develop and execute communication strategies for Sweden in close collaboration with global and European teams and in alignment with the local business priorities and goals.

Your role and responsibilities

How you'll make an impact
As a Category Manager, you are responsible for identifying, developing and secure best suppliers within quality, cost competitiveness and sustainability. Develop regional agreements when suitable to secure and increase Spend under Contract KPI and to secure capacity when possible.
Work closely with project teams in tender and execution on RFQ’s, supplier proposal and evaluation of supplier quotations. Propose alternative suppliers from the standpoint of regional strategy and supplier capacity to leverage project timeline and cost.

Your Background

The Opportunity
We are looking for a senior site commissioning manager that will be part of Hitachi Energy and HVDC. HVDC unit (High Voltage Direct Current) develops, manufactures, and sells DC transmission systems on the global market. HVDC technology is used to transfer electrical energy over long distances and for power transmission when using undersea cables. HVDC is also used to interconnect power systems.
You will be the Commissioning lead for a team of around 15 commissioning engineers in a range of medium-to-
high-complexity projects in HVDC. Reporting to the line manager Vesa Österholm, you will lead the completion of all commissioning activities efficiently and cost-effectively, in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards and safety requirements. You will have the opportunity to travel to sites all over the world, experience different cultures.
You will be working up to 75% of your time on site, both long term and short term (for periods 6 to 12 months at a time). In between site work, when at home we are flexible when it comes to work location.
How you'll make an impact
Act as Commissioning manager on our sites globally and lead a team of motivated Commissioning engineers
Work with developing time schedules and reading customer specifications to create test plans
Prepare and handle test equipment for commissioning and commissioning resource planning for projects
Develop routines, processes, and documentation related to commissioning. Manage customer clarification discussions and meetings to describe our processes and the strategy to control the safety, quality, and completion according to schedule
Work with preparation and handling of quality assurance documentation for projects
Participate in internal project and design reviews and in FATs on behalf of HVDC

Your Background
You have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Several years' experience working with commissioning on-site and in the office with preparation for commissioning. Previous experience from HVDC or FACTS applications is a merit
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to coach others in commissioning
Ability to work according to relevant legislations and standards but with a pragmatic and smooth way of working to deliver results in a global environment

In this role, you will lead the production in the Smart Power manufacturing unit in Västerås, with full accountability of running the day-to-day operations as well as creating and implementing plans to establish the factory of the future.

You'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our maintenance and logistics strategies while driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., integrators, system suppliers, project management teams), oversee resource planning and budget management, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of leading the ISR team and ensuring alignment with corporate goals, but also developing strategies to optimize life cycle costs (LCC) and enhance customer documentation and logistics information.


We’ll look to you for:
Disciplinary and technical leadership of the ISR team
Ensuring the development of corporate goals and team alignment with current business needs
Developing strategies to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
Managing contractual requirements and their communication to internal and external stakeholders
Planning and overseeing ISR resources, including budget responsibility
Coordinating ISR work packages and ensuring Return of Experience (REX)
Representing the ISR métier in customer meetings and internal projects
Collaborating with ECM1-4 areas and other internal and external partners

Som projektledare hos oss kommer du att planera och leverera olika typer av kundunika projekt med fokus på scope inom el- och elkraftslösningar och vara delaktig från anbudsfas till slut garantiperiod.
Du kommer att arbeta med flertalet projekt parallellt och ansvara för att du och ditt team levererar enligt kontrakt, uppsatta mål och självklart med en nöjd kund. Din bakgrund
Vi söker dig som är Högskole- eller Civilingenjör med relevant inriktning, eller motsvarade arbetslivserfarenhet.
Vi ser gärna att du har minst 10 års erfarenhet av projektledning inom elektrifiering-elkraft, gärna från industribranscher.
Du har förståelse för övergripande elsystem och ingående komponenter som transformatorer, DC system, MV och LV ställverk.
Du har god förståelse för entreprenadjuridik och tidigare erfarenhet av att driva projektleverans till site, inklusive upphandling, installation, styrning av underentreprenörer och idrifttagning.
Som person är du nyfiken, öppen och social med förmåga att bygga goda och långsiktiga relationer, samtidigt som du har starkt eget driv, gott ordningssinne och stort businessfokus.
Du är en förtroendeingivande lagspelare som trivs med att arbeta tillsammans med andra, både internt i projekten och med våra kunder och leverantörer.
Du är en god kommunikatör som behärskar flytande svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

The opportunity


We are looking for a Business Planning Improvement Manager for HVDC Operations to act as the center of expertise for driving continuous improvement projects within planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling, risk and change management within Project Controls organization. Your background
You have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
Knowledge and experience from engineering and supply chain planning, preferably within Energy sector.
You are structured, flexible and hold some qualifications in project management.
You have skills in planning and controlling a time schedule and have prior experience using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
You have genuine technical interest and are always open to develop your skills within another field.
Knowledge how to use Microsoft's Office suite of software, especially Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Fluent in written / spoken English, Swedish language skills would be an advantage.

We are looking for an experienced IS Project Manager to lead and coordinate a portfolio of IS projects and programs on-site at the client’s location in Västerås. Kvalifikationer för rollen
Minst 3 års erfarenhet av att arbeta med avtal, projekt, service och underhåll är ett krav, det är meriterande om du har en bakgrund inom industrin eller entreprenadbranschen.
Du ska ha erfarenhet av en personalledande position, som chef, teamledare eller liknande.
Vi ser gärna att du har en högskole- eller civilingenjörsutbildning eller är ekonom i grunden.
Du är engagerad, organiserad och målinriktad, och bidrar till att skapa en trivsam arbetsmiljö för dina medarbetare samtidigt som du säkerställer hög kundnöjdhet.
Du behärskar svenska och engelska flytande, både i tal och skrift, och har B-körkort. Du har goda IT-kunskaper och är van att arbeta i affärssystem som stöttar både ekonomi och försäljning.

Your role and responsibilities
Are you a driven and strategic individual with a passion for product development, marketing, and sales? At ABB Motion Sweden, we are looking for a Local Product Manager to develop, optimize and market our product portfolio of low voltage electrical motors on the Swedish market.


As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing and adapting the global product portfolio to meet local market demands. You will collaborate closely with global product managers and the local sales organization to develop and implement long-term strategies. The role also involves working with marketing communications to plan market activities and product launches, as well as monitoring competitors and market trends.

Your responsibilities includes:
Identifying local market segments and growth opportunities.
Localizing global portfolio to fit local market and customer needs
Shaping local value propositions and marketing of portfolio
Managing the product life cycle, including product launches and phase-outs on the Swedish market.
Being responsible for the strategic pricing of the portfolio.
Coordinating and developing sales support and tools to facilitate sales.



Qualifications for the role
At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, and strategic work.
A degree in engineering or a related technical field is required.
Experience in electrical engineering is a valuable plus
Strong communication skills, comfortable collaborating across different departments. You are efficient and skilled at working with various people at different levels.
Analytical and business-oriented with a solid understanding of customer needs and market trends.
Previous experience working with global teams and local markets.
A valid driver's license is essential.
Proficiency in both Swedish and English is a must.

Your role and responsibilities:
ABB's Robotics & Discrete Automation business is writing the future of flexible factory and smart machines by providing value-added solutions in robotics, machine and factory automation. Our integrated automation solutions, application expertise across a wide scope of industries and our global presence deliver tangible customer value. The ABB Robotics production plant in Västerås is recruiting a manager for the Production Engineering Cabinet Assembly and Verification department. In this role you report to the Manager Industrial Engineering and be a member of the Management Team for Industrial Engineering organization.
As Manager Production Engineering Cabinet Assembly and Verification, you will lead and develop a team with approximately 15 employees in their daily work, delivering in pro-jects and supporting daily production. At ABB Robotics in Västerås we have a very inter-esting journey ahead of us building the new Robotics Campus Sweden.
In this role you will get a chance to shape the future for our new factory and develop this new department together with its team members. You are also responsible to continuously develop the processes for and to secure long term development of methods for assembly of cabinets, testing and verification of our products and also assembly of track motion and delta robots.


Other responsibilities and tasks for you are:
Reinforce and maintain a culture of health & safety in all related initiatives.
Ensure a competitive financial result in line with ABB Robotics' overall strategy.
Together with your team and colleagues within Industrial Engineering secure and develop a state of the art "Required to operate" towards the factory.
Support in introducing WCM and developing the Robotics Production System.
Delivery in the production project portfolio including project governance
Support and cooperation with the global engineering function, R&D and other stakeholders
Support in develop future capabilities and resource balancing to visualize needs and act on gaps related to the factory's current and future state
Support in maintaining and developing the capacity and productivity within area of responsibility.



Qualifications for the role
To be successful in this position, we are looking forward to recruiting a driven, motivated, and solutionoriented leader who can balance care with high pace and multiple tasks. Team focus is essential since you will work in close cooperation with multiple functions and many people. You have the courage to prioritize and make decisions combined with the ability to challenge current processes. You also have the curiosity to try new ideas and take on new technologies. Experience as a manager within production engineering is strongly beneficial for this position.
Other competencies, skills, and experiences that are beneficial to be successful in this position are:
Experience from production assembly, testing and verification, automotive business, pro-duction management are beneficial.
Good knowledge in manufacturing processes and working knowledge of systems such as Lean Manufacturing and WCM.
Fluency in written and spoken English is a requirement; Swedish is considered a strong advantage.
Good communication, social, and networking skills.
A strategic mindset with a good sense of urgency for daily operations.
M.Sc. Engineering within Industrial related area or equivalent.
