We are looking for a Security and Compliance Specialist for a leading company in the energy technology sector.

We are looking for a SE_IS Security and Compliance Specialist - Manager (Level 4) to work in Ludvika or Västerås. The role involves applying strong IS security knowledge and expertise across all IS process domains, especially within BUILD and RUN, to support global business needs and tackle complex challenges. The position requires independent work, guiding others, and implementing IS security technology within solutions and services.
Responsibilities
Manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision.
Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals.
Identify, propose, advise, and implement existing IS security technology in the context of IS solutions/services.
Share knowledge and, if senior, guide others on implementation and operation using understanding of existing security technology and business requirements.
Identify, explore, and implement technology/product development and growth strategies to enhance and secure global positioning.
Ensure project execution, foster innovation, and develop and secure R&D capabilities in the business for profitability.
Devise research methods, focusing on future technical direction and future scenarios in the transforming technology landscape.
Prepare technical specifications and specify laboratory test equipment and processes.
Make recommendations concerning acquisition and use of new technological equipment and materials within budgets and targets.
Participate in intellectual property evaluations and development of patent applications.
Coordinate pilot-plant or initial production runs on new products or processes.
Work in development projects for control of HVDC stations, network, and cloud.
Write documents and engage with stakeholders proactively in cyber security.
Apply safe-coding practices and life cycle management.
Requirements (Mandatory)
5-8 years of work experience within the relevant field including leadership/management and a bachelor or master’s degree. Another IT degree with more than 15 years of work experience within relevant field. Working command of the English language. Previous cyber securty work mandatory.

Preferred / Advantageous
Certifications are advantageous: CISSP or similar Ability to speak and understand Swedish

Your responsibility
Collaborating with the business unit IT Management, internal and third party IS suppliers and IT service management of related countries and R&D sites and other sites as defined. All other sites are managed by business solution teams (BST).
You will be accountable for the assigned scope towards management stakeholders and Functions that delivery of processes or projects supporting IT systems or projects is aligned to business and functions needs, resulting in improved efficiency, effectiveness, quality and/or operational functionality
You will prioritize tasks and responsibilities to manage country requirements and escalations seamlessly accordingly to the global targets and strategy along with ensuring operational tactics supporting the business.
Provides experience in delivery and management of local services in the scope of country IT and process at both tactical and operational levels, understanding and applying IT best practices to assess, review, manage and monitor country IT services and products.
Responsible for compliance of IT services to local law, local license compliance & local IT controls compliance and responsible for local IT budget in the country, where required.
Ensures with HR support that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed, guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies, for the benefit of both company and the employee.

Your background
Proven professional prior experience in IT management of a large site or country
Hands on experience in different IT roles or relevant non-IT management roles
Good IT management, organizational change management, financial savvy, stakeholder or people management, analytical skills or data analytics, learning agility
Communication skills, demand management, compliance management, innovation, IT domain knowledge
Fluency in English and Swedish mandatory and other languages are meritorious

We are looking for an Industrial Cybersecurity Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our industrial cybersecurity program across all industrial operations. Your responsibilities
You will develop and maintain a comprehensive industrial cybersecurity program in alignment with IEC 62443 and NIST standards.
You will lead the assessment and analysis of our current security posture, identifying gaps and formulating strategic plans for mitigation and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and operations to integrate cybersecurity best practices into industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) environments.
Foster a culture of security awareness and best practices among employees, providing training and guidance as needed.
You will coordinate and lead OT/ICS security risk assessments, produce assessment reports, and ensure that metrics are reported and tracked.
You support our cyber defense center (Security Operations Center) with performing incident response activities within the OT/ICS environments.

Provide input to our outreach & awareness team to develop OT/ICS security training materials and raise awareness industrial sites on security risks and threats.

Your background
Preferable to hold bachelor’s or master’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Professional certifications related to cybersecurity (CISSP, GICSP, CISM, or equivalent) are highly desirable and In-depth knowledge of IEC 62443 standards and their application in industrial environments.
More than 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on industrial control systems (ICS) operational technology (OT) and critical infrastructure protection.
Proven track record of developing and managing comprehensive cybersecurity programs.
Excellent leadership communication and project management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams across different disciplines.
Critical thinking problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle complex challenges under pressure.
Exhibit a positive attitude towards all stakeholders with a high-level of internal drive and motivation.
Ability to travel to various sites for field visits as the need arises.

The operational technology department at Linde Gas is expanding and we are looking for a Cyber Security Engineer in the Region Europe North. In this role you will manage information technology systems and cyber security related projects to protect Linde’s process plants against cyber attacks.

You will be responsible for an upcoming OT project to roll out changes in Lindes Technical Network (LTN), including control systems, PCs, and network devices. You will be in charge of new and re-installation of existing Automation IT Systems following Linde’s strategies and security standard.

Another main purpose of this position is to operate, monitor, administrate, and support the regional productive Automation IT System to ensure it meet Linde’s requirements concerning safety, reliability and Production IT security.

This position is based in Solna, Stockholm or Avesta, with the possibility of working partly remote.

Din profil
If you have several years of experience within IT, this might be the role for you! As you will be working closely with the global Cyber Security team in this role, great communication skills are required. You need to be proficient in English, and you have good knowledge in Swedish. You have strong analytical skills, are solution oriented, and internal cooperation is key for you to suceed.

We believe that you have documented work experience including:

• Hands on experience, broad and in-depth technological and IT expertise in the fields of network and internet technology, as well as common hardware, virtual machines and tools
• Strong skills in IT network security concepts (identity, access and compliance management solutions) and knowledge of common IT security standards
• Excellent knowledge in VMware ESXI architecture, Server Farms and Server Management

Genomföra hotbedömningar mot verksamheter som system skall stödja.

Kravspecifikation


Vi söker dig som har:
Erfarenhet av metoder för att utforma mycket säkra IT-system.
Erfarenhet av att bygga säkra IT-system.
Hög analytisk förmåga och kan uttrycka dig väl i tal i skrift.
Lämplig akademisk examen eller motsvarande kompetens inhämtad på annat sätt.

For our customer within the energy sector we are looking for a Network and Cybersecurity Engineer.

Tasks includes:

Setting-up and configuring network switches, firewalls, routers and other network equipment as well as testing the installation in OT control systems used in complex power systems application.

Define and assess OT control system solutions to meet the requirements from cybersecurity standards.

Interact with team members and customers.

Expected proven experience:

Experienced in network designing and engineering of OT control system,

- Good understanding and knowledge of commonly used Layer 2&3 switching protocols,

- Good understanding of routing protocols and experienced in configuring standard Firewall & next gen firewalls like FortiGate,

- Good understanding of commonly used protocols like LDAP, SMB, SFTP, HTTP, SSL, SSH etc.,

- Experience in troubleshooting TCP/IP network,

- Understanding of OT environment components and OT security,

- Awareness of OT cybersecurity standards, requirements, guidelines and regulations (IEC62443, NERC-CIP, BDEW, NIST Publication),

- Understanding of cybersecurity topics like AAA, RBAC, Network access control,

- Good understanding of Windows Operating system,

- Understanding of Active directory and Group policy,

- Awareness of commonly used security tools like NESUS, CIS CAT, Nmap, McAfee ePO is a plus,

- Good understanding for VPN and PKI. Good to have:

- Wide experience different firewalls like CISCO, Juniper,

- Knowledge of Network Analyzers like Wireshark,

Dina ansvarsområden
Som Cyber Security Technical Lead kommer du att arbeta med att implementera IT-säkerhetslösningar för OT/IT-system, utföra revisioner samt att identifiera och säkra brister hos våra kunder inom främst värme-, vatten- och kärnkraft samt läkemedel och kemiindustrin i Sverige.
Du granskar befintligt system- och nätverksarkitektur och hjälper kunder att bygga en säker OT/IT-miljö.
I rollen ingår även arbetsuppgifter så som att granska och implementera återställningsmetoder för OT/IT-system, leverera säkerhetsuppdateringstjänster, datainsamling och IT-säkerhetsanalys som en del av vårt serviceerbjudande.
Du jobbar även med att koordinera och hjälpa våra kunder att uppfylla Cybersäkerhetsstandarder (t.ex. NIS-direktiv).



Din bakgrund
För att passa in i rollen ser vi att du har en kandidat- eller magisterexamen, men viktigast är att du har ett genuint intresse för Cyber Security Service och Standarder samt Infrastruktur.
Erfarenhet och kunskap om implementering av cybersäkerhetslösningar för styrsystem är meriterande.
Kunskap inom Network Intrusion Detection (NID) och Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) är positiv.
Kvalificering i någon av certifieringarna (MCSA, GISP, ISA/IEC 62443) är också fördelaktigt.
Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både muntliga och skriftliga färdigheter, är ett krav.
Det är en fördel när du har flera års erfarenhet, men vi lägger tonvikten på din personlighet; relationsskapande, kommunikativ och problemlösningsorienterad.
I tjänsten ingår resande till våra kunder inom Sverige och du som söker bör trivas i en roll där du både arbetar inhouse och ute hos kund.

Your background
In order to fit in the role, you can be a Bachelor or Master degree holder, important thing is that you have a genuine interest Cyber Security Services and Standards, IT-Architecture an infrastructure.
Experience and knowledge in implementing Cybersecurity solutions for Control Systems is advantageous.
Knowledge in Network Intrusion Detection (NID) and Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) is positive.
Qualification in any of the certifications is considered advantageous (MCSA, GISP, ISA/IEC 62443).
Good knowledge in Swedish and English, both oral and writing skills, is a prerequisite.
It is an advantage when you have around 8 years of experience, but we place emphasis on your personality: self-reliance & accountability.
