Assignment description and requirements
We are looking for a software developer to be part of an Agile team. The Team is responsible for developing configuration tools for industrial robot controller systems over ethernet-based fieldbuses.

You will work in a team surrounded by dedicated and driven colleagues and be a part of the entire development cycle from design and implementation to testing and delivery.

We are looking for several Production Engineers on-site in Västerbottens län, Sweden. The Production Engineer is the main bridge between the commissioning phase and the production ramp-up. They will work closely with the Process Engineers to finalize commissioning and prepare the production team to take over the lines. Once the production has started, the Production Engineer is reviewing the performance and yield of the lines and launches projects to reduce the top losses in both categories. As the initial full data collection for performance and yield is not yet available, the Production Engineering group will work to enhance the data collection strategy while simultaneously working with the information available.
The Production Engineer is responsible for optimizing the performance of the lines. They will work with a cross-functional team. They will lead the root cause analysis of equipment based top losses and minor stops. They will analyse the loss data and pull in the groups needed to tackle the losses.

This role will allow you to enhance/increase your current understanding of the equipment and process and utilize it to create a path to a zero-loss concept to optimize the line and maintain quality performance.

The Production Engineer role requires a strong capability to lead root cause analysis, ability to collaborate with multiple different teams and personalities, time management skills, engineering and design capability of smaller scope projects, data analysis skills, organizational skills, problem solving skills and willingness to step into and lead improvement activities for Production as they are identified.

We are looking Process Installations Design Manager with relevant experience in the field.
Scope
Overall responsibility to manage the Process Installations (Piping) design for all facilities and infrastructure projects in in Västerås, through all the project design stages i.e., concept, basic, detailed, as built and final handover to the Operations and Maintenance teams.

Key responsibilities

- Gathering, reviewing, and clarifying process installations requirements from end users and other project stakeholders, and translate them into a set of functional requirements to be used as a basis of design.

- Defining process installations requirements for the design of the facility in compliance with design guides and technical specifications.

- Leading the process installations design during all design phases of the project. Main tasks include: o collaboration with the project design team and other project stakeholders, o participation in project design meetings and reviews, o resolution of technical queries from contractors, o revision and approval of design deliverables, o monitor and report design progress against the agreed scope and schedule, o ensure full compliance with policies, guidelines, and specifications.

- Gathering the process installations lessons learned at different project stage gates and updating the relevant documentation accordingly.

- Support the Project Design Coordinator in the preparation of scope of work documentation, design development and change management process the projects.

- Identify and support opportunities for cost savings, efficiency and business improvement.

- Working with the Group Construction design team to ensure that the process installations design guides, technical specifications, and procedures are available and adapted for specific use in Labs Campus projects.
