Job Scope
Responsible for the development, validation, and execution of the methods used for material analysis, including incoming material, intermediate and finalized products for R&D and production on a wide range of instruments in strict adherence to the principles of Quality Assurance in QC.

Lyten is now seeking Material Development Engineer. You will be responsible for technical activities related to the evaluation and analysis of Li battery cells and associated materials. The position focuses on supporting the development, optimization, and validation of materials and components to ensure reliable performance in both commercial and R&D cell projects.

· Significant experience in Li battery materials evaluation, testing, or electrochemical analysis.
· Preferably 8+ years industrial experience.
· Demonstrated technical depth in material characterization, data analysis, and performance diagnostics.
· Strong capability to lead complex technical initiatives with minimal supervision and cross-functional alignment.
