Arbetsuppgifter
Ansvara för det övergripande systemperspektivet i tekniska projekt – från kravinsamling till färdig lösning.
Samordna och integrera delsystem inom mekanik, elektronik, automation och mjukvara till en fungerande helhet.
Leda kravarbete: identifiera, specificera, spåra och verifiera systemkrav i samarbete med kund och interna team.
Upprätta och underhålla systemdokumentation, t.ex. systembeskrivningar, gränssnittsdokument och verifieringsplaner.
Fungera som teknisk kontaktpunkt mellan kund, leverantörer och interna utvecklingsteam.
Stötta projektledare i tekniska beslut och riskbedömningar.
Säkerställa att systemlösningen uppfyller relevanta standarder, regelverk och kundkrav.

Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som trivs med att brottas med knepiga tekniska utmaningar, är strukturerad, analytisk och har en stark kommunikationsförmåga samt har lätt att samarbeta tvärfunktionellt med olika teknikdiscipliner. Du är en person som tycker om att dela med dig av dina kunskaper samtidigt som du självständigt kan driva ditt eget arbete framåt. Utöver dina personliga egenskaper behöver du ha följande:
Civilingenjör eller högskoleingenjör inom exempelvis maskinteknik, mekatronik, elektroteknik, teknisk fysik, industriell ekonomi eller motsvarande tekniskt område.
Vidareutbildad eller certifierad inom systemteknik (t.ex. INCOSE, MBSE, kravhantering eller projektledning).
Minst 5 års erfarenhet av arbete som systemingenjör, teknisk projektledare eller annan sammanhållande teknisk roll.
Dokumenterad erfarenhet av kravhantering, systemarkitektur och systemintegration inom utvecklingsprojekt.

Som Supplier Development Engineer arbetar du med utveckling och utvärdering av nya och befintliga leverantörer. I rollen ingår leverantörsbesök för att genomföra kvalitetskontroller, revisioner och initiera aktiviteter.
Du agerar när det uppstår kvalitetsbrister kopplat till våra leverantörer, men du arbetar även förebyggande tillsammans med leverantörerna för att säkerställa god kvalitet och leverans. Du har ett brett nätverk av externa och interna kontakter i ditt arbete och arbetar nära tillsammans med R&D, inköp, kvalitet och produktion.
I arbetet ingår att godkänna nya leverantörer samt nya och förändrade produkter/processer för en kvalitetssäkrad och stabil tillverkning hos leverantören utifrån överenskomna krav och standarder.
Du leder arbetet fram till PPAP för felfria leverantörslanseringar. Du säkerställer att leverantörerna kan förstå våra tekniska specifikationer, ritningar och att de följer överenskomna mätmetoder. Du arbetar med implementering av leveransavtal och SQM eskalering.
Som SDE kommer du regelbundet få resa och besöka våra leverantörer runt om i Europa och resten av världen. Därför är det av största vikt att du behärskar engelska och svenska i tal och skrift.


Vem är du?
Du kanske tidigare har arbetat som processtekniker, kvalitetstekniker eller haft en liknande tjänst?

Du har erfarenhet från tillverkningsindustri/ fordonsindustrin och god kunskap om material och råvaror (gjutjärn, stål, aluminium)
Du har grundläggande kunskaper i kärnverktyg som APQP, PPAP och problemlösningsverktyg exempelvis Ishikawa, 5Why´s.

Our R&D areas include novel materials, advanced manufacturing solutions and energy storage devices, with the goal to develop sustainable concepts and also enable a circular economy. In the role of a lab engineer, you will report to the Research Team Manager, working with and driving the execution of R&D projects. To be successful in this role, you should have a positive, structured and collaborative mindset, hands-on experience in testing and great interest in learning new experimental skills.


Your responsibilities
Interact with and support R&D projects with planning and execution of electrical testing (incl. at high voltages) and evaluation of material systems used in electric equipment.
Calculate, design and build test circuits and test setups for electrical/mechanical investigations.
Plan and execute measurements and data acquisition strategies.
Prepare, report and present results to our stakeholders.
Lab host of the electrical testing labs in the team with the responsibility to prepare and maintain work safety documents.
Lead the efforts in maintaining our laboratories related to high voltage insulation testing, battery assessment and materials testing (tribological) to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Develop our experimental facilities to meet future expectations.



Your background
Preferably a Master´s degree in Engineering/Technical Physics or a Bachelor´s degree in a related discipline with several years of experience (in general including electrical and mechanical testing and basic material property characterization).
Hands-on experience in testing and measurement of material systems under multi-stress (electrical, mechanical, thermal) conditions and using HV test equipment, e.g. insulation for large motors.
Experience in data acquisition (using labview or similar tools). Ability to write MATLAB scripts for data acquisition is a plus.
Knowledge of materials and material behaviors under electrical, mechanical and thermal stress is an advantage.
Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike.
Good collaboration and communication capabilities in a multi-disciplinary technical team and laboratory environment with the willingness to be flexible and continuously learn in a dynamic technology landscape.
Personality wise, have strong team spirit and individual leadership to deliver expected results on time, on budget and with high quality.
Experience of Li-ion (or other chemistries) battery testing at the cell and module level is valuable, although this is not a primary requirement for the job.
