Bedriva projekt och service för att utveckla kundlojaliteten (NPS) och besöka E.ON och RWE som båda har sina respektive huvudkontor i Essen i Tyskland där många av besluten fattas. Till din hjälp har du lokala Account Managers i de olika länderna som hanterar hela ABB Power Grids erbjudande lokalt och som kommer vara en naturlig del av ditt Account Team.

ABB Power Grid is currently seeking a PG IS Applications Manager, Nordics for its Västerås, Sweden location. In this role, you will work as a critical link between the global Platforms & Applications Team and the local teams responsible for distinct applications. Your responsibilities
Lead the IS team that maintains the cluster PG IS Applications Landscape.
Ensure services are delivered according to agreed SLAs/OLAs, within budget, time and quality utilizing internal IS delivery and service providers.

Ensure effective interfaces and communication between local/global IS teams for all IS activities.

Lead the capture, analysis, assessment, aggregation and prioritization of new IS business facing Applications service demand as part of IS Service portfolio management for relevant area.
Contribute to satisfaction with IS services by assessing expectations, verifying that actions are taken to close any gaps, and influencing stakeholder perceptions of Applications services.
Drive adherence to Global and regional governance model, enforce use of established tools, methods and procedures within the team.

Your background
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or business management.

Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design knowledge, including ability to present concepts verbally.

Your background
Corporate Treasury operations experience - 5+ years for treasury specialists

Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluent or working proficiency in English

In the role of IP Paralegal, you will participate in and contribute to the process of Intellectual Property development throughout the entire lifecycle from creation to expiration, and the IP formalities and administration as part of the IP Operations team for the new joint venture company.
Your responsibilities
As IP Paralegal your main focus will be patents. In handling the full range of administrative tasks associated with international IP management, you will play an important role in our day-to-day operations.
Outsourcing drafting, filing and docketing (in our IP tool patent records) to law firms under contract. 
Oversee document transfer to and from patent offices and handle correspondence with attorneys, in addition to requesting and filing documents.
Assist IP attorneys with audits, portfolio reviews, deadline management, and conflict resolution and support administrative activities such as reporting and cost accounting.
Assist IP attorneys in the processing and review of new invention disclosures.
Coordinate payments relating to annual patent maintenance fees.
Process and handle payments to inventors for inventor awards in accordance with company policy.
Assist in developing IP workflow best practices and usage of Anaqua IP database by internal IP team and external law firm users, to ensure company guidelines are followed for data quality and electronic document uploads.

Completed Education/Experience as IP paralegal with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, in law firm and/or corporation.
Excellent understanding of procedures of relevance to national and international patent management, particularly EPC, PCT, USPTO, and SIPO procedures.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications and IP tools/websites.
Proficiency using web-based IP data management software tools in a global organization and preferably experience with Anaqua.
Attention to detail, well-developed organizational and analytical skills, team spirit, flexibility, and ability to handle changing assignments and priorities.

We are looking for a Country Trade Compliance Officer at ABB, in Västerås. The mission of the CTCO is to support Country management ensuring that all Local Businesses conduct their activities in line with ABB Trade policies and guidelines, as well as to drive and coordinate the local implementation of ABB`s Global Trade Program. The key focus in this role is the oversight & active monitoring of compliance with all applicable customs, sanctions and export control regulations and to regularly update local management and Global Trade Compliance/Trade Management on potential risk areas.


Additionally, the CTCO serves as single point of contact for local customs and export control authorities and provides local business with hands-on support in case of trade related issues, guidance in compliance improvement initiatives and the pursuit of strategic trade objectives. Ensuring maintenance and further development of the ABB Global Trade Program (internal trade compliance program) in the ABB Sweden organization.
Advising country and business management in handling trade compliance relating to ABB exports, cross-border shipments, customers or vendors and making sure that Trade Compliance is properly organized.
Guiding, motivating and developing Trade Compliance Officers in the local businesses, as well as ensuring the creation and maintenance of written trade compliance standards and procedures.

You will be part of Global Business Services (GBS) in Västerås. We are responsible for accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivable within ABB Power Grids. Internal control is another important task of ours. On a monthly basis, we report the financial figures to our head office in Zürich. Your responsibilities
Acting as a part of our reporting team and handling parts of the monthly financial reporting.

Contributing to and participating in projects that are related to accounting.
Developing our processes.

Your background
A Master’s degree in Business and Economics and a few years of working experience.
Strong skills, as well as practical experience, in accounting.
Experience of SAP as most of the work is done in our ERP-system SAP.

Good team working skills.
Fluency in English, written and spoken alike, is a necessity, as you will work in an international organization, but you should also be able to express yourself well in Swedish.

Requirements:
We would like you to have a degree in law or similar. As a person you are social and enjoy interacting with others. If you also have at least three to five years’ experience from tax counseling with specialization in VAT within global conditions, you have every chance to succeed in this position. Thus, your current job may be tax counselor or tax consultant at an accounting or law firm. If you are used to holding courses and seminars as well as have experience from a global organization, it is highly beneficial.

We believe you are a collaborative doer and a great communicator, always keeping your focus on results. Your drive and persistence will take you far. As we are a global company with international customers, you need to be fluent in both Swedish and English.
