General Business Services within Finance are responsible for all accounting, accounts payable and account receivable within ABB Sweden and Denmark. General Accounting is part of this team and consists of 14 employees that serve with closing, reporting and accounting within USGAAP and Legal.

Your responsibilities
Working in our statutory accounting incl annual reporting
Doing income tax calculations/reporting in T2 tool
Carrying out monthly closing activities
Reporting in BPC and Hyperion tool
Carrying out internal control with SOX
Contributing to process development to achieve innovation and speed

Your background
Master degree in Business or Economics and few years of working experience in the field
Strong skills in accounting
Experience of US GAAP and knowledge of ERP-SAP
Experience of pensions and statutory accounting incl annual reporting
Experience of Swedish income tax reporting within T2, is an advantage
Experience of reporting in a global large organization and with BPC and/or Hyperion, is an advantage
Strong analytical approach to problem solving, high degree of proactive behavior, result-orientation and high degree of structure and keeping deadlines in focus
Fluency in English and Swedish, written and spoken alike, are required.
