Description:
Lead the execution of medium-size projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with PG policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments. Leads the project team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones. This PM role will scope and drive the work of the installation of our new electrical lab circuit, which will be installed inside an existing building.
This will involve identifying (with help from the team and internal support functions and instructions) the technical design work needed, the installation work required and (subcontracting this to sub-suppliers), the HSE plans and steps needed and driving the process to complete risk assessments and appointing roles needed including coordination with internal stakeholders, suppliers, the organization in charge of the building etc.
