Northvolt has an exciting job offer for an R&D process Architect to join our Västerås team.
In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in developing a new generation of large-scale European battery factories. Northvolt will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon-free society, and this is your opportunity to take part in leading those efforts and help drive us to success.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop R&D process landscape with cell design, material development and DPM
Establish processes with R&D including required templates and checklists
Define critical success factors and key performance indicators (KPI) for the process
Ensure R&D process is integrated into business process mapping
Plan and execute training for processes, templates, checklists with R&D team members
Prepare and participate internal and external audits for R&D
Specific Skills/Abilities:
Excellent English in written and oral skills, Swedish is a plus
Highly organized and result-driven
An eye for detail
Proactive and goes beyond expectations
Exceptionally good negotiation and problem-solving skills
Has a "can-do" attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit
Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines, excellent time management
Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently
