As a member of the HVDC Engineering Digital Twin team, you will be at the forefront of technology to help drive the HVDC digital transformation that we are currently going through. Your main responsibility will be to support the project execution by ensuring that our Digital Twin flagship solution called IdentiQ is delivered seamlessly to our customers for Operations and Maintenance purposes. Furthermore, you will work closely with the Product Owner, Digital Twin Specialists, Service, BIM, LCI, Product Management and other to support in looking into how IdentiQ can be improved and also be utilized internally for e.g. competence improvement, training, visual database and much more.
You will play a critical role in supporting the Digital Twin Specialists by ensuring that the correct customer requirements are captured, translated, and turned into tangible actions. You support the team in validating the customer requirements and making sure that the requirements also reach R&D whenever necessary channeled through the Product Owner.
One of your main responsibilities will be to quickly be able to create budgets and resource needs based on the coming projects. Furthermore, you will on-board customers and you need to be able to present the system in an excellent manner and train people. The Digital Twin specialists are the ones that will technically setup the IdentiQ system, and it is your job to give them the right circumstances to do so.
How you’ll make an impact
Collaborate continuously with Sales, Service, and Project teams to stay updated on upcoming HVDC projects and tenders.
Support the Digital team during tenders, including budgeting and time/cost estimation.
Track project and tender progress, providing regular updates to local and global engineering managers.
Facilitate coordination and sync meetings between the Digital Twin team and other departments and act as a liaison between departments to ensure that transparency is created.
Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the IdentiQ solution.
Collaborate with the local manager and digital team to plan capacity, ensure fair workload distribution, support onboarding of new employees, and identify training needs to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Ensure seamless integration of information from BIM, LCI, and engineering teams into IdentiQ, while maintaining close collaboration with the Product Owner and documentation teams.

Your background
Experience in coordinating technical projects, ideally within the energy or technology sector, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel workflows.
Experience with Digital Twin technologies, BIM, or LCI systems is a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of digital tools and systems, with a genuine interest in digitalization.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to act as a bridge between different departments.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.

As BIM coordinator within Power Quality, you will be an integral part of the design team to coordinate and to support the process of generating digital models and integrated data often referred as ‘Information’ about a project, from the design stage through the construction stage.
You will have responsibility for the BIM workflow and ensuring that any potential issues during modelling, clash detection and data conversion are dealt with efficiently.
In general, the BIM Coordinator is the go-to person for setting up project specific guidelines and is responsible for linking information across disciplines.
How you´ll make an impact
Support of the implementation of BIM into projects working with global teams and other business units to incorporate best practices.
Support the development of BIM Execution Plans and ensure that the specified plan is followed during project execution.
Support development and trainings of team on BIM processes and tools.
Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines, including frequent model management administration and maintenance.
Support BIM coordination meetings.
Coordinate and manage BIM project data sets/workflow and project set up.
Understand and ensure any changes in procedure and standards are effectively communicated to project teams.

Your background
We are looking for a self-motivated achiever that works effectively both independently and as part of the team for this position.
Minimum Associate Degree in Engineering Drafting/CAD and 3 years’ experience.
Experience with Revit, ACC, AutoCAD and Navisworks, and experience in BIM and data coordination.
Experience with BIM coordination and BIM methodologies.
Proficient in using BIM authoring tools to provide technical support and mentoring required to the project team.
Ability to manage time and deal with multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in English is required since you will be part of an international setting. Swedish language skills are considered as an advantage.

Your responsibilities
Coordination in Multi-discipline BIM project
Sharing knowledge of best practices to improve team's skills in the field of software knowledge and use
Providing ongoing technical support and knowledge to analyze, identify and fix problems related to the delivery of the BIM model
Development, improvement and maintenance of Company BIM Standards, Workflows, and documentation
Maintain and Develop BIM documentations for projects.
Leading BIM coordination meetings
Collaborate with global BIM Advisory team for BIM method development in GPQS, and sharing lessons learned across HBU’s
Support tender Team

Your background
Experience with 5 years on plant projects or similar
Practical knowledge about BIM Implementation
At least 3-5 years of experience of BIM in customer projects
Practical experience in interdisciplinary coordination using BIM Models
Good knowledge in Autodesk Design and Review Tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks
Experience with Autodesk BIM360 and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud
Good communication skills
