Vi söker en Testledare till projektet Effektiv och Säker Kundfakturering.

Vår kunds Ekonomivdelning stödjer organisationen med verksamhetsutveckling, IT utveckling och förvaltning av ekonomiapplikationer. Avdelningen har nära samarbete med våra kunder inom bl a affärsservice, vilket är den delen i organisationen som vi samarbetar med för detta projekt. Projektet syftar till att flytta stor del av kundfakturaflöden till vårt fakturahanteringssystem Cosmoz, vilket är en SaaS applikation. Vi bygger också i samband med den en ny integrationslösning.

Arbetsuppgifter
- Som testledare har du en nyckelroll i projektet genom att leda och planera arbetet avseende kvalificering, validering och testning.
- I arbetsuppgifterna ingår att skriva planer och protokoll, koordinera utförandet av tester samt skriva och sammanställa rapporter och avvikelser.
- Utöver detta kommer du även att ansvara för att koordinera och samordna de resurser som krävs för genomförandet av testningen och valideringen.
- Idag utför vi mest manuella tester men kommer framöver fokusera mer på automatiserade tester.

Job description:
Project Controller within Railway Industry
The train Upgrade Project in Västerås is one of the Clients largest and most complex projects andpartnering with the leaders of the project you will be part of a challenging and fast movingenvironment where no day looks the same.

Your role as project controller is to take the overallresponsibility for the financial performance, to support your colleagues in various controlling aspectsand to be involved in various commercial aspects of the project execution.

Tasks
In this role you will act as the co-pilot to the project managers and be the project team’s expert in questions concerningcommercial and financial matters.

The main focus for the project controller is to ensure delivering the financial targets ofthe project as well as analyzing risks and opportunities - all done in close collaboration with the project managers andproject teams.

In addition the project controller is responsible for managing aspects relating to treasury & tax for theproject.

The main tasks include:
- Lead and prepare for monthly project reviews with the different functions as well as for the overall project
- Implement robust cost controls and transparent financial forecasting, in order to create a sound basis for decisionmaking and cost follow up
- Drive for commercial and financial excellence, ensure mitigations are taken to maximize the financial outcome of theproject
- Handling of FX exposures, bank guarantees and tax topics
- Lead/support different work streams within the Project Management Office, which could for example related todeliverables mgmt., scheduling or reporting.
- Responsible for monthly closings of the project and other ad hoc reporting

Jobbeskrivning:
- Ansvar för att artikeldata, stycklistor och operationslistor är rätt upplagt i SAP utifrån ritningar som hanteras i Teamcenter.
- Ansvarig beredare lägger upp dessa i SAP med parametrar för inköp och egentillverkning.
- Ansvar för materialbehovsregistrering i leveransprojekt.
- Operativt inköp ansvarar för att allt orderbundet material till leveransprojekt beställs, orderbekräftas och levereras i rätt tid.
- Ansvarar även för att inköpsorderdatat i SAP stämmer.
- Orderarbetsflödet startar då ritningsunderlaget länkas för beredning och avslutas då materialet är ankomstrapporterat.

Kompetenskrav:
