Du blir en del av ett fantastiskt gäng med mycket erfarenhet som brinner för att göra det lilla extra för gästen.

I tjänsten ingår att:

- Leda och fördela arbetet för lokalvård och diskavdelningen.
- Ansvara för att vår städning håller högsta kvalité
- Skapa rutiner och säkerställa att dessa följs
- Administration såsom beställningar, inköp och fakturor
- Arbeta nära övriga avdelningar för att säkerställa högsta leverans
- Tillsammans med fastighetsavdelningen förbättra och underhålla lokaler
- Personalplanera, schemalägga, rekrytera och handleda ny personal
- Säkerställa att lagar, miljö- och hälsosäkerhetsföreskrifter följs
- Naturligtvis är du en aktiv del av housekeeping driften och diskdriften.

Vad innebär rollen som Service Team Manager Housekeeping?

I denna roll som Service Team Manager ansvarar du för

- Cleaning & First Impression där du har det övergripande ansvaret för att hotellet håller en hög standard avseende helt och rent. Det innebär att säkra att våra gäster få en ”wow-känsla” när de kliver in på hotellet och i sitt hotellrum.

Du leder och utvecklar verksamheten och medarbetarna utifrån företagets strategi, mål och lokala förutsättningar. Du har en passion för service och genom ditt ledarskap inspirerar och motiverar du dina medarbetare samt skapar förutsättningar för att ni tillsammans ska skapa enastående gästupplevelser. Som Service Team Manager är du även en del av den dagliga driften och du ansvarar för att planera och bemanna utifrån verksamhetens behov. Du ingår i hotellets ledningsgrupp vilket innebär att du tillsammans med dina kollegor har ett övergripande ansvar för hela hotellet.

Du ser positivt på förändringar och har förmågan att leda andra genom dem, är flexibel och har lätt att se lösningar och att skapa relationer. Du är en ledare, som ser det som självklart att vara närvarande på olika tider och dagar samt har ett helhetsperspektiv i allt du gör.
