Be a Technical Leader at HV Technology
In this position you will play a significant part in creating innovation within HV technology. Your main responsibilities will include:
•    Create cutting-edge high voltage insulation solutions for future design of Ultra High and High Voltage products.
•    Create simulation models allowing for advance understanding to dielectrics phenomena under multiple stresses.
•    Validate developed models by contributing to experimental tests and analysis of the results. 
•    Contribute significantly to successful project results in technology and/or product development by identifying, proposing and implementing innovative solutions.
•    Identify and mitigate risks in R&D projects as well as in consulting projects.
•    Provide consulting services to internal and external customers on technical challenges within own area of expertise.

Bränsleteknik (BT), Enheten för härddesign, termohydraulik och stavdesignanalys (BTF), söker nu en PWR Core Designer. Vi ansvarar för nukleär bränsle- och härddimensionering för BWR- och PWR-reaktorer. Enheten ansvarar också för termohydrauliska analyser av bränsle, för stavdesignanalys samt bidrar till att säkerställa att vi levererar säkert och optimerat bränsle till våra kunder.
Arbetet
Som härdfysiker arbetar du med den nukleära designen för våra kunders PWR reaktorer. Du deltar i framtagning av nukleär bränsledesign för tillverkning, och du simulerar våra bränslen utifrån hur det är placerat i härden. Detta görs för att säkerställa att alla säkerhetsmarginaler uppfylls samtidigt som bränslets kapacitet utnyttjas till fullo. Arbetet sker i de härdsimulatorer som finns tillgängliga för PWR-teknik, exempelvis ANC, PHOENIX och PARAGON. Härdfysikern dokumenterar sina analyser i rapporter, oftast på engelska. Du deltar också i kundprojekt som omfattar:
cykelspecifika säkerhetsanalyser
framtagning av nukleär design för tillverkning
oberoende granskning av kundunderlag, t ex laddplaner
licensiering av bränsle
framtagning av offertunderlag
