Location: Västerås, Sweden
Role Purpose:
Plan, coordinate and manage the activities within the global H&S program for his/her cluster as well as establish and maintain a safe and healthy workplace for every employee, contractor and visitor. Ensure that workplaces adhere to local, global and all relevant safe & healthy standards, guidelines and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate and manage the activities within the global HS program for Västerås cluster, including plant Forshammar.
Ensure safe and healthy workplace by performing site visits, field observations, process confirmations, safety supervision and attend regularly shift/handover/daily operations meetings and by working closely together with the Geographical-Functional HSBP and other cluster HSBPs of their subregion to ensure local programs are aligned with the (global) Sibelco HS Strategy, Program, Standards and Tools
Risk assessment and evaluation of projects with impact on health and safety where needed in collaboration with operators, supervisors and local operations leadership
Follow up legal local requirements, report gaps and support the cluster in developing and execute action plans in collaboration with local stakeholders
Ensure HS training programs are correctly rolled out in their area
Ensure correct data on HS performance of his/her area and timely reporting of health and safety KPIs

About you:
(Technical) Capabilities:
Practical understanding of industrial mineral industry including all installations and processes
Mining legislation
Take charge of the execution of projects according to the Sibelco PMO methodology
Able to make change happen, influence and convince relevant stakeholders
Knowledge of local Safety & Health legislation
Knowledge of Sibelco's safety Sibelco HS Strategy, Program, Standards and Tools
Fluency in English and Swedish required

Positioning: This position reports into the Nordic Finance Director
Role Purpose: The Manager Business Services (MBS) is an advisor to the business within the cluster (group of sites) and supports the Director Commercial and Director Operations of the clusters in making decisions by providing them actionable insights.
Different functional domain areas supported by the MBS include financial analysis, human resources for the cluster’s staff and transactional procurement.
The MSB understands the business of the cluster and knows the issues and challenges the Directors Operations and Commercial for the cluster face and contributes to its performance by providing analysis and insights from the different functional support teams.
The MSB is a true enabler for the business, with the aim of delivering an even better service to our customers.
At cluster level, responsibilities for the role will include but are not limited to:
Planning & Organizing: Responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the support to the operations and commercial teams within the cluster. Act as a liaison between the operational and commercial cluster team and the sub-regional and global support teams.
Controlling: Perform and deliver product cost planning, analysis and reporting · Drive and deliver period end-closing analysis and reporting · Perform and deliver inventory accounting · Set up and deliver cluster budget and forecast
Human Resource Management: Responsible for attracting and retaining all non-managerial level roles in the cluster, managing recruitment for these roles and facilitate performance & talent management for people within the cluster · Responsible for new hire onboarding · Responsible for offboarding of employees upon departure · Manager recruitment and selection of contingent workers for the cluster · Develop and act upon engagement initiatives/activities · Deliver mandatory trainings · Support and facilitate the ongoing performance dialogue between employees and line managers within the cluster
Procurement: Oversee the generation of PO requests for the cluster · Resolve PO mismatches · Negotiate supplier contracts for and execute small value purchases · Handle master data change requests and contract changes · Be accountable for discipline in good receipts updates within the cluster
Continuous Improvement: Support the Directors clusters in developing and executing improvement initiatives with the aim to improve cluster performance
Compliance: Ensure E2E processes in the cluster are run in compliance with the globally defined E2E processes and operating model · Escalate compliance issues and risks identified to the director operations and director commercial cluster ·
About you: Ideally with a financial background, you are looking for a more influential and multi-functional role, as a true partner to an industrial multi-sites business. Commercially astute, you communicate and manage relationships well.
You have a strong understanding of site operations, supplier and client landscape, the ability to analyze financial data.
You also have a strong affinity with technology and quickly adapt to new technology tools and processes. You are familiar with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, procurement, operational and H&S processes and procedures.
You are a strong people manager, pro-active, able to work independently, as well as diplomatic and performance & action oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
And finally, you are hands-on and an expert at multi-tasking.

Role:
Reporting to the site manager, the maintenance supervisor will support production in optimizing the maintenance activities (Buildings , machines , equipment , mobile equipment, quarries) , mechanically and/or electrically in the site within the agreed cost budget in order to achieve the service level and the efficiency required. All this to be done in a sustainable (using planned/preventive maintenance ) and safe way according to the organization's policy, guidelines and Sibelco values.

Responsibilities will include:
Execute the Maintenance at the Site in a Safe/Healthy way
Manage a team of 4 to execute the Maintenance activities in the Site according Operational Excellence principle meeting KPI's in quality and quantity
Support the set up and execution of new processes and/or technologies (such implementation of new ERP SAP and automation of certain processes)
Follow up the spare part strategy and manage correctly the spare part warehouse.

Responsibilities:
The Health and Safety responsibility of the role is to support the operations site manager in creating and maintaining a safe and effective work environment through the implementation of H&S related activities aligned to the Global Health & Safety Program while taking into account local country legislation.


The Quality responsibility of the role includes performing analyses, calibrations, certifications and handling complaints.


The role also includes providing administration support to Operations.


Skills and Experience requirements:
