Develop and maintain NG SOM Engineering Flow.
Develop the SOM platform with respect to the reference architecture.
Micro SCADA HMI.
Gateway Solutions - MSX/RTU based solutions.
Communication interfaces of entire SOM scope (IEC61850, SNMP, IEC104, MODBUS, etc.).
Implement secured communication protocols.
Develop and implement PQ specific implementations.
Collaborate with the PGGA team.
Maintain the backlog for PGGA and other vendor CRs and Bugs.
Handle Bugs/CRs towards the SOM platform from application teams.
Manage lifecycle management.

Requirements:
Proficiency in SCADA systems, particularly MicroSCADA.
Strong understanding of communication protocols (IEC61850, SNMP, IEC104, MODBUS, OPC-UA).
Experience with gateway solutions and RTU-based systems.
Knowledge of secured communication protocols and cybersecurity measures.
Analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Substation project management experience, including backlog and lifecycle management.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Adaptability to new technologies and evolving project requirements
English mandatory, Swedish is preferred but not mandatory

Location: 2-3 day/week on-site in Västerås needed, remote work will be in dialogue with hiring manager. What We Offer:

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Production Planning (PP) Functional Consultant to support an ongoing transformation project focused on process optimization and system enhancement. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP ECC Production Planning, particularly within discrete manufacturing, and will play a key role in driving process improvements, ensuring system accuracy, and aligning operations with best-in-class manufacturing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP ECC Production Planning.
Lead and support process clean-up and improvement initiatives within the production area.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and IT.
Provide expert guidance on MES–ECC integrations (preferred).
Configure and maintain complex routings, object dependencies, and multilevel BOMs.
Manage and optimize PP master data, including MRP planning parameters.
Apply manufacturing best practices, including scrapping procedures for WIP and rework order handling.
Support forecasting processes, including Planned Independent Requirements (PIRs).
Contribute to workshops and discussions aimed at improving operational performance.

Requirements:
Extensive experience with SAP ECC PP in a discrete manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to configure and maintain complex routings, BOMs, and variant configurations.
Strong understanding of MRP, production planning, and manufacturing processes.
(Preferred) Experience with MES integration in SAP ECC.
Familiarity with object dependencies and PP master data management.
Experience with forecasting and planning functionalities in SAP.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional settings.
Proficiency in English (advanced); Swedish proficiency is an advantage.
Availability to work on-site in Västerås as required.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement local sourcing strategies aligned with global procurement goals.
Monitor supplier markets and identify opportunities for cost optimization and innovation.
Lead commercial negotiations and manage supplier contracts, pricing, and terms.
Evaluate and follow up on supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, and cost.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement overall test strategies and plans for multiple systems and integrations.
Lead and coordinate test teams across different phases and workstreams.
Manage and execute risk-based testing and test design for both ERP and non-ERP applications.
Oversee testing for integration tools and ensure end-to-end system validation.
Utilize test management tools such as Azure DevOps, HP ALM, JIRA, TestRail, and Selenium.
Provide progress reporting, follow-up, and communication with project management and stakeholders.

Professional Experience and Qualifications
Proven experience as a Test Lead in large-scale IT projects, preferably within automotive, life sciences, or manufacturing sectors.
Hands-on experience in test management across both agile (Scrum, SAFe) and traditional delivery models.
Solid background in integration, system, acceptance, and regression testing.
Demonstrated experience with SAP and related integration tools.
Strong understanding of non-ERP business applications.
Industry knowledge in Supply Chain Management and manufacturing environments.
Skilled in coordinating both internal teams and third-party resources.
