We’re looking for a Product Marketing Communications Specialist to join a leading player in the industrial sector for an exciting consulting assignment. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving both internal and external communications across global markets, with a strong focus on product launches and major product releases.
This is a full-time assignment starting 3rd of November until 28th February 2026. You'll be based in their HQ in Västerås, with a hybrid set-up possible (requires weekly attendance in the office).
About the role:
As a Product Marketing Communications Specialist, you’ll be responsible for maximizing product visibility by developing and executing targeted communication strategies. Reporting into Product Marketing Management and working closely with Product Management, you'll create marketing materials that effectively communicate the value of advanced industrial solutions across geographies and stakeholder groups.
Responsibilities:
Translate product positioning and value propositions into clear, compelling messaging
Coordinate and implement communication plans aligned with product and business area priorities
Develop marketing materials and content (brochures, presentations, product photos, multimedia, digital assets) in line with global brand guidelines
Define and execute marketing communication tactics to support product launches
Coordinate and manage product launch activities across relevant channels
Maintain and update product content on both web and intranet platforms
Oversee media libraries, product imagery, documentation, and internal resources
Define KPIs for communication activities and evaluate their impact regularly
Organize and facilitate internal webinars to share product-related information

About you:
You're a proactive communicator with a strong foundation in B2B marketing and a knack for simplifying complex technical information. With experience in industrial/B2B marketing and communications, you know how to navigate cross-functional, global teams and adapt messaging to diverse markets. You enjoy balancing hands-on creativity with precision and thrive when managing multiple priorities.
Experience and skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Marketing and Communications
Degree in Marketing or Communications
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Proven experience in creative writing and content development
Proficient in MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong project management and coordination skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Self-motivated, open-minded, and ready to explore new ideas

Our client, a technology leader in industrial automation, is looking for a Sourcing and Supply Chain Management (SCM) Risk Specialist to strengthen their direct material sourcing team. Operating out of Västerås, you'll work in a dynamic international environment where strategic sourcing meets complex supply chain risk management across industries such as automotive, food processing, and industrial manufacturing.
This is a full-time consulting assignment starting September 2025 until 31st of December 2026, with possible extension. 
About the roleAs a Sourcing and SCM Risk Management Specialist, you will take ownership of one or more commodities within the direct material sourcing team. Your mission: ensure a robust, cost-efficient, and resilient supply chain. You’ll drive supplier strategies, manage key contracts, and lead risk mitigation processes across high-priority programs and projects. You will collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and operations teams to secure long-term value and continuous material availability.
Responsibilities Develop and execute long-term sourcing strategies for defined commodities
Lead supplier negotiations and contract management activities
Run SCM risk management processes across selected programs and projects
Manage RFQ processes and supplier quotations for purchased materials
Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective action plans
Oversee new supplier onboarding and material implementation
Drive cost-saving initiatives and track budgeted targets
Contribute to product development from a supply chain perspective
Collaborate in global and regional commodity teams and ensure compliance alignment
About you
You’re a structured and proactive sourcing professional with a background in supply chain, engineering, or business. Your ability to navigate both strategic frameworks and hands-on problem solving makes you an effective bridge between suppliers and internal stakeholders. You thrive in cross-functional environments and are driven by continuous improvement, resilient supply chains, and long-term supplier partnerships. Your analytical mindset, combined with strong interpersonal skills, enables you to manage complexity with confidence.
Experience and skills University degree in engineering, economics, supply chain, or related field
2+ years of relevant experience in sourcing, SCM, quality, or product development
Proven skills in supplier negotiation and contract management
Experience working with RFQs and supplier performance monitoring
Knowledge of risk management processes in supply chain contexts
Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions
Fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken)

- Leda och koordinera utförande av planen (ansvara för att den utförs).
- Ansvara för att ta fram grafiskt material, så som annonser och banners. Här ingår även att redigera bilder och att ta fram enklare filmer för användning i digitala kanaler så som webb och sociala medier.
- Skriva marknadsföringstexter
- Ha ett tätt samarbete med produktchefer och kunder.


För att lyckas i detta uppdrag tror vi att du uppfyller dessa krav:

- Relevant erfarenhet av att ha arbetat inom marknadsföring/kommunikation, och/eller lämplig utbildning.
- Van att jobba självgående och att prioritera arbetsuppgifter.
- Mycket god kunskap i InDesign, Photoshop och MS Office, med erfarenhet av att redigera bilder och att skapa banners/annonser.
